Games you haven't played in ages aren't affected. Only the ones you've played since Sunday night after 8:30pm EST. You may have to re-rent a couple at most. If renting is the only option to play these great games, then I suggest Gamefly's or Blockbuster's monthly games passes. You'll save a helluva good chunk of money and have no late fees!
I had 3 games missing from my trophy list yet my trophy count was still the same as before. Insert the most recent games you've played, let a few trophies ding then exit and re-perform a trophy sync. Everything was right as rain. I did lose a few songs and a dynamic theme as corrupted data but no game installation data. 2 minutes solved that problem.
A bit of advice though: Perform a daily trophy sync before logging off. Otherwise this isn't an issue as you probably didn't care ...

if you pre-ordered the game, the stuff was free. Conventional is right though. The terminus armor looks like kickass outer space daedric armor from Oblivion but the drawback is the helmet can't be removed. The M-490 Black, though, is one of the coolest heavy guns in the game. It's the best gamestop PO bonus DLC they've ever had. I always keep it in my arsenal.
so far Zaeed was the only worthwhile addition from the Cerberus Network. That "power packed emotional & reflective return" to the Normandy was perhaps the worst DLC I ever played. Being a huge sci-fi nerd I hope that AvP recaptures that charm that made it such a hit on the PCs back in the 90's. But I won't play anything else until I finish ME2 on the 360 and R&C on the PS3 and NMH2 on the Wii. There's just not enough time.
