figures Orchard, you make the most truthful comment you've ever typed here yet your past haunts you with disagrees. Jin's almost 50/50 with the same post
It is the truth people. 30 is acceptable until you start playing 60 consistently. Then there's no going back. I took my pro on vacation recently for the late nights. All I could do was watch Netflix. Destiny and Seige played like a slideshow.
it should. A win win for both sides. There's a few obvious games that haven't received announcements yet like RE7 and GT7 too so I believe Sony's just waiting for the proper reveal
sounds like you should be buying a series S n a GP sub. Join the welfare club if a tenner guts you
they better. Need all the revenue they can muster. Maybe we can avoid gloating about early access sales this time around, eh?
So cheap and short sighted too? Your deficiency is a GamePass' strength? While you call it "glory", I assign blame as to why AAA publishers are risk aversive and we get the same old same old. Thanks for playing Gears, Forza, and Halo the last decade. Now I know why. MS couldn't get you to try anything new
there are already too many idiots on this site. Looks like we added another
there ya go. Proof. Just because you Xbox fans don't buy games doesn't mean the rest of us don't. Better start crossing your fingers for GP day 1. W4Free*
"there isn't even that many people out there who play fighting games"
I have steadfastly maintained Xbox fans are the most Cro-Magnon gamers in the community, thanks for illustrating that point again. That's almost American stupid logic
no one cares. It's really that simple. Save yourself the time typing. Go play, pirate, or patiently port beg for console exclusives. Ignorance is bliss.
or, or, just maybe, people shouldn't have to use a companion device to look up secret achievements. Because with the net, there are no secrets. Ergo, it's pointless and an inconvenience to waste time even doing a simple task that's seemingly solved with a single button push by your competitor. A lot easier to bang on Sony for internal storage & VRR than demand a better experience from the actual product you own, huh?
mine too. I buy new systems to play new games. This is the least effort Nintendo has ever put into a successful product. Half its 1st party output is WiiU ports, most of which I already played. Unfortunately, with Nintendo unable to solve its HD development woes (something they acknowledged during the Wii days), and with the other two porting their exclusives to PC, the trend of the big 3 producing less and less exclusives looks to continue.
I've got old lawn shoes that feel newer at this point than the story and setting of another Sniper game. Play one you played them all. Slow motion, bone crunching, nut shots are entertaining like the first time and then turned off. Same as Hitler Zombies. Guess it's the price you pay for independence
no, if they strike it rich in mobile there's no coming back. That piece of the pie is too huge. Most times Apple makes as much revenue in a quarter that the big 3 make it a year
we got to cut them some slack. The just got rid of their last Baud 300 modems. Hear they're in talks with America Online
People will complain and deservedly so. Sony and Nintendo are completely ass backwards in regards to supporting legacy software. But after watching that video and researching recent events in the emulator scene, I maintain that those classics look like shit anyway - in 4K, zoomed, 1:1, 4:3 to 16:9, 120 FPS, HDR, RT, or whatever bells n whistles you want to include. PS360 era is the cutoff for me. RDR and Gears 2/3 showed me those games in that era don't have to rely on nostalgia to be fun...
different strokes for different folks. You're complaining over what like 4 games equals oversaturation of a genre? I wish Sony had bought Saber back when they offered to make WWZ a MP component to Days Gone. The Predator game would've been awesome, and we would be waiting on Days Gone 2. Though I doubt Sony would've greenlighted ED, the aforementioned Predator game shows they just might have
Umm no. Haven made no money on Xbox outside of the GP deal
"Plus, the numbers didn’t lie. Furi on Xbox was selling “less and less,” and according to Leprince, and were under “a third” of sales on Switch, frequently seen as one of the better places to sell indie games in the larger crapshoot of the marketplace. Compounding the issue was an inability to secure future promotions for Furi on Xbox’s storefront for increased awareness, and Haven “didn’t sell at all” on Xbox,...
Credit to you good sir, I hope more real fans speak up. Never in a million years did I think I would pine for the OG Xbox team, but here I am. Bach, Allard and co. were more in tune with gaming than any of the jokers currently running the show. I hate all the current regimes at Sony, MS, and Nintendo if I'm being honest.
humorous you neglect to mention strong 3rd party sales as well. Wonder why? Unlike MS who saw another YOY drop in 3rd party software sales in 2021. I guess Uncle Phil was lying when he said Xbox fans buy more games with a GP sub over those who don't. Xbox fans apparently don't buy ANYTHING. I mean who could've ever guessed this result once MS started courting the dalits
so comical. This is Microsoft's first mistake all gen? Halo ring a bell? Just silently move on, take the L, and act like the rest of the MS schills here by treating it like it never happened. Better than that retarded, half-baked list of anecdotal heresay you attempted as a rebuttal
price is no indicator though. The WiiU and PS4 were still selling at premium prices after 4 and 6 years of launches respectively. One was a complete success while the other was a complete disaster. Success doesn't seem to matter - just availability. We'll see Switch Too next Fall, can't imagine Nintendo going past 7 years without a successor. They were keen to avoid the tail end of the Wii era with the OLED model. The chip shortage will hurt them though, just the like the other t...
