I mean, it would be a shame to lose the PS3 when a bunch of decent titles are coming out early next year (we hope). There are obviously development issues right now, and only the biggest fanboys would think that MS's line-up isn't great this fall, but if I still had my PS3, I may try to hold out for MGSIV. (I still recommend getting an Xbox though!)
But then again I've got no other wireless PC peripherals. I'd like to know what the specific problems are though.

He raises a lot of very valid points (I'm more of the opinion that both formats will lose) but I don't think one could call blu-ray 'dead'. The point I like from his analysis is the fact that neither of the formats is really selling. Yeah, BR may be beating HD-DVD by a margin of 2-1, but both are ridiculously small potatoes in the movie scene. They've gotta gain traction or they'll both end up the next laser disc.
I just don't want my console to cost more because of these new features. Games first, features as an aside please.

Do people really worry about installing 800 MB of data on a 20 gig minimum sized HD?

I don't care whether it's Xbox or PS3 news, it would be way better if the story captions just said what the story was about. I've seen quite a few 'XXX inexplicably gives [INSERT GAME HERE] a score of XXX'. WTF? Just give the results, the comments are for opinions.
But I wasn't impressed at all by the demo of this game. It looks really, really shallow. The 'Tequila Time' stuff got old really quick. I swear that if it wasn't called 'John Woo Presents' it wouldn't be getting half as much press. I wonder if the real game will be more varied?

Nintendo's got it right, game consoles should be made to play GAMES, everything else should be an add-on cause I don't wanna have to eventually pay > $1000 for a console!!!

But I picked up Zuma: Deluxe and it's pretty frickin' addictive! For ~$5 I highly recommend it! I'm thinking of getting Gauntlet as well for the nostalgia factor... any opinions (i.e. is it even worth 200 points)?
