Do games automatically know you are playing on a Pro, or is there a setting? If I did a wired transfer and took everything off my regular PS4 and put it on my Pro will the setting in the Pro think its a regular PS4 (for instance, I never had to re-set up my PSVR when I did transferred to PRO so I don't know if the PSVR is set to work with Pro).

If those are system sellers why didn't they sell WiiU's?

I got the $10. Never got one from them before. I do have two PS4s, a Pro, PSVR, plus 2 PS3s, a Vita, and two PSTVs. I think I'm going to get Tumble. The VR demo looked cool.
Edit: So after I accepted the $10 it shows my current balance as $10. Problem is, I already had like $25. So I guess I will call Sony. Crazy glitch.

Yeah, but Nintendo is terrible with art design and Mario Galaxy and Zelda are no exception.

The launch for the Switch will be much, much worse than the launch of the XB1.

I think Nintendo is the most overrated company when it comes to art design. People praise Nintendo games for it. New Mario Bros Wii u was one of the most boring and repetitive looking games I've ever seen. And you should never say that about platformers because they have a lot more to work with when it comes to art design. While people were praising the art design of Mario Galaxy I just didn't get it. There would be giant forks or a giant apple in the background and I didn't ...

Excellent points. Splatoon was good but full of so many weird design decisions.

Common sense. How many killer online MP games were on the 3DS and Vita? Only one that really ever tried was Killzone.

You think Nintendo would have paid to get third party games like Mass Effect on the Switch.

I think the Switch has the worst launch lineup ever. No idea how people can say it's the N64. Mario 64 is much bigger than Zelda. Even if Zelda was an exclusive, and it isn't, Mario 64 is the bigger system seller for sure. Not only was it great but it was a technical showcase which you want on a brand new console. The only other game was Pilotwings, but that game was popular too. All Switch is getting is one big game that isn't an exclusive and nothing else that even matters....

Honestly, I think people who wait a year plus to be a console and only save $50 are screwing themselves over. Do you really not think your going to get $50 of use in the first year? That's why I almost always buy consoles on launch day.

What you are saying is so shockingly dumb. With that reasoning what about 3DS XL, Xbox Slim, etc? They didn't release with new games. At least some Pro games look a bit better.

Wow. You are wrong about everything.

Yeah, I know it's not really sold out everywhere like people say. My local Target and GS had them right before Christmas.

It is concerning that Sony isn't making more vr games. I would love third person games like Gravity Rush 2 having VR support. First person games make people sick so I wish people would stop thinking VR has to be first person.

Even if the Switch was powerful enough to play this it seems like an awkward fit. I just don't think portables are good for multiplayer games.

How do you do voice chat with your phone? Hold it to your head and play the game one handed?

A lot of higher end receivers no longer support surround sound if it goes through the tv.

3289d ago 5 agree0 disagreeView comment

This is HUGE for about 5% of gamers. It's huge for me because I bought a really expensive surround sound system a couple years ago not knowing that it only plays surround sound if it goes directly from the device to the receiver (it can't go through tv). And a lot of gaming headsets only work through digital optical out. I HATED this about the Wii U.
