RIP company trust and integrity
I'll believe it when I see it. However, I'm pretty sure this is going to be another Ouya situation.
It's just another zombie game. I don't know what this game is doing to set itself apart from the rest. Zombies have been done to death in video games/ movies/ tv shows/ comics, etc. I think the author of the article is also suffering from zombie fatigue. In terms of gameplay mechanics, zombies are very boring as they only have 1 option: chase the player. I think people are realizing that having zombies in a game shows the lack of creativity on the developer's part.
1886 was only a good game if you spent 20 bucks on it. However, anyone spending more than that is just getting ripped off. It's got all the production value, cut-scenes, story, but very bland gameplay. It's like they didn't even try to make a game, and only wanted to focus on telling a story... oh wait
There's nothing interesting about this game. It looks heavily inspired by TLoU (which isn't a bad thing). The problem is that it's just another zombie game. I think people want some creativity here. Zombies have been done to death. At least TLoU made it unique with the clickers, bloaters, etc. it was based on real life "cordyceps" fungus. But Days Gone has nothing interesting about it. There's so much zombie fiction out there in movies, games, tv shows, comics, etc. ...
Right winged SJWs are equally as bad as liberal SJWs. Can't we just accept that a developer decided to make a lesbian character out of their own free will?
People easily dismiss the fact that TLOU1's gameplay demo had a false representation as well, and the end product was much different than advertised. There were lots of elements to the game's AI that were teased in the gameplay trailers, but they didn't make it into the final product. As much as I love TLOU, I still have to accept that the final product had downgraded gameplay. It's still a 9.5/10 game for me though
Wait until they reveal the new Smash game. Investors will come crawling back lol
Poor guy. I feel like giving the dude a hug. I hope he has family that takes care of him. Now that I think about it, getting old must be hard on one's emotional state. The fact that everyone in your generation that you grew up with, or even married is dying off. The only people you have left are the few friends, and most importantly: family. Now I understand why my late grandpa wanted to see me so often when I was a kid.
So, even if we have absolute proof that he's a fraud and the history that we thought to be "real" was actually distorted, the author thinks that Billy's "high scores" shouldn't be excluded from arcade history? And the author's reasoning for this is because he's already a part of history, and we shouldn't change the story because it'll paint an ugly picture in gaming history? Holy cow, I didn't think people could be this stupid, but then agai...

It took me nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes to beat get the platinum relic for "the high road." My time was 1 minute and 4 seconds
Now, don't shit on this guy just yet. Before playing the Crash Remaster trilogy, I would've had the same reaction as all of you. I would've shat on this guy for making such a silly comparison. However, after playing the Crash Remasters, you can definitely tell that it's a bit harder because of the jumping mechanics (yes they do feel kind of broken). I was the kind of guy that got 100% in the originla PS1 trilogy multiple times. If you asked me to beat all the PS1 Crash levels ...
Ugh! There's people like this in every generation of gaming. There's so many game choices this generation, and more to come (and the year isn't even finished yet). In terms of AAA titles, 3D platformers have finally made a comeback after being irrelevant for a whole generation. FPS games are going back to oldschool roots with DOOM 2016, Wolfenstein, etc. Story oriented games are huge nowadays (Telltale, Firewatch, etc). Horror games have finally made a comeback again (Outlast 2, E...
I know this is random, but I just bought a PS4 slim! Finally! Can't wait to game with yall again. I haven't played an online game in like 2.5 years
Crash Team Racing Remastered??? Nah, too soon.
Could be Crash Twinsanity sequel.
I can smell a gaming crash coming if this is true.
Here in Canada, our dollar sucks ass.
Activision wouldn't do that. This company will not pass off the chance to milk 80 dollars out of the consumer for as long as they possibly can until the next CoD comes out. That's when they'll probably release MW1 remastered as a stand-alone game.
Honestly, I miss the days when controllers were $50 max. Heck, even gamecube conrollers are more durable than most controllers these days, yet we're still paying $70 for a Playstation controller that will likely have (analog stick) problems after too much use.
