I really wish they'd patch the vending machines to match your current level. The side missions keep your level higher than the main missions so every time you come across a vending machine the items are always about 3 levels too low sucking the life out of caring about awesome random items.
Even in new game+ i always seem to be 3 levels higher than the drops and the vending machines.
I'm really hoping this one turns out great. It seems like they've ditched all the little (but big) things that kept me from really really loving far cry 2.
It doesn't seem to high-profile compared to what's already out and what's coming out so I wouldn't think long but from what I've played so far it's totally worth the full price. Great game if you like turn-based strategy.
Yeh I'm Capt Stealth-OCD and I'm near the end at the very least near 15-20hrs
You just have to simply hate the genre to give it that low of a score.
I'm actually happily surprised at the great scores Borderlands 2 got. Just doesn't seem like something Famitsu would score so high.
I'd agree with that but Bethesda reeeeally needs an employee overhaul in the art and programming department. Their designs for any form of humanoids are always sub-par and the controls never match up to top-tier fps games.
Every other aspect they do is great though. They just need to tweak their talent.
Dishonored is a great time example of Bethesda publishing a game with great art/programming but letting more talented people actually developed it.
They should really try making a game set in the World War II era. Oh wait..No.
I used to bribe my friends to play a set amount of rounds of Mario Kart in trade of playing a game of Madden on Genesis.
Don't forget the Genesis had "Blast Processing". ;)
I would like online co-op which we know it's not but I would still love a level editor which I know we will never get.
It would show how easy it is to make a good level in a 2-D Mario title and I know they don't want that realization coming to light with so many 2-D Mario titles being pumped out.
Maybe he's got kids to feed =)
Yeh it reeeeally depends on how you play too. If you're the type of gamer that loves stealth with a touch of ocd then it's a long game.
New name should be "Exctinct" since they no longer make good games.
I'm working on no-kills, low chaos, and ghost 'n I'm loving it - even though I'm still only in the 2nd real mission. This game does cater to my ocd-ness though with the very rewarding exploration so I have to give it bonuses for that alone.
Boohoo I'm deformed. Kidding. =) This game is worth becoming ambidextrous.
You just made my ears leak blood with that revelation.
These are gonna fly off the shelf. You know, when they realize they aren't selling at all.
Yep the game was only good (decent) because of the concept. The quality, polish, and amount of bugs was just plain bad.
