First thing: Why am I not playing Fallout 4 right now.
Aaaaand things like this are why I hate the world.
Funny bubble for the genius comment.
The whole settlement thing has me completely hooked, not to mention the rest of the game is Fallout frickun 4.
I've got a shovel and lime if you can take care of the rest.
The split-second of spaceship combat they showed already looks more fun that battlefront's.
R&C have some of the most fun weapons out of any series. Can't wait.
@skwidd
They pretty much always receive a review score in the range of 3.5-4 out of 5, year after year no matter the changes or lack of changes from one iteration to he next. Reviewers are either coincidentally all falling in line scoring these titles over the years or, dont't make me say it... Ok I'm saying it, there's a payment system in place with reviewers. Conspiracy theory I know ;)
I only played with strangers in the alpha and betas and was honestly surprised at how much team effort there was in doing swat-like tactics, often without saying a word - all without any entitled kids thinking they were some uber lone wolf.
What bunt-custardly says is what I experienced with people. Everyone just seemed to get it.
I honestly can't say much but change almost nothing and still get an average enough review score to keep people buying the same product? Might as well be a new dishwashing detergent that produces "MORE bubbles!" Ubisoft pays well.
Anyone else notice a trend with reviews of all Assassin's Creed reviews over the years?
@vanity29
You're right and I didnt even consider titles like Dragon's Dogma (which I honestly loved to the point of it being one of my GOTY's) that have shown considerable evolution. But having agreed with what you said about games like DD just highlights how other games haven't evolved at all but still get away with it.
I think the fact that I've been playing games since the atari 2600 has made me too jaded so when I see a particular genr...
Im playing this on pc right now and I know Ill get a thousand disagrees like you but man jrpgs just havent evolved and this game is just a reminder of that. I used to love jrpgs and hated western rpgs but one evolved and the other didnt.
They know people are content with the same stuff they've churned out for 10 years so of course why not stick with it. It's an endless feast for otakus - and even the Japanese secretly giggle at otaku.
This doesnt even sound right to me. It seems like theyd do it for both ps3 and ps4 but why just ps3? I smells an error or something.
Will any of the big gaming sites be covering this?
Yeh that honestly seems to be the case with most of the "but look at this in unreal engine!" type creations. Never really go anywhere with them.
The microtransactions obviously surprises no one but I'll still be buying it. I had a helluva lot of fun playing the alpha and beta despite the annoying server issues during the beta.
For me it's just a nice change of pace from all the other mp fps' where every time you kill someone there's someone else with you in their crosshairs. This game is more about tactics than most fps' out right now.
Having said that though I can 100% guarantee I...
Aw man I thought intelligence was always on top of everyone's Christmas list. It always gave you the most skill points to spend per level. Dunno if it's previous advantage will be worth it in this one though with the removal of skills.
I think there's even a warning on the back of all fallout games about leg blood clots.
Damn I'm so ready for this. NEEEED FALLOUT.
30 bucks on cdkeys if that makes it easier to choke down.
