Definitely sounds like Luke "The Joker" Hamil, and definitely heard Q from STNG in it too.

The Kardasians: Hollywood

Is she gonna buy the purse or not?!?

I've gotta roll my eyes at the disagree you received. Does someone really disagree with the idea of the benefits of Nvidia's competitor putting out a competitive video card? I havent bought an AMD card in ages mainly because Nvidia has virtually endless money to throw at their products (ensuring more dev support) but solid competition in any industry is a win for the consumers - always.

If AMD just made garbage cards then Nvidia could get away with more than they alre...

The difficulty of some of the puzzles is an admitted problem when you consider other excellent puzzle games like Portal and Portal 2 who perfectly nailed the "I solved it! I'm smart!" euphoria - BUT despite some of the difficult puzzles there is no way in hell this game game is a 5 out 10. I'm at the end of the game and have taken breaks to play other games when I come across puzzles that break my balls but there is so much that this game does right and is so unique it's...

Agreed! I'm an admitted save-scummer and just finally beat the game this morning. Going to play it again in iron-man mode when the first expansion is out but I really loved it.

I loved the hell out of EU and EW but they really (happily) surprised me with this sequel. So many great changes that caught me off-guard making it a true sequel - unlike a lot of other sequels out there.

If you're busy hating the vipers then you still have a lot more ahead of you to hate ;)

Wrapping up my first play-through tonight assuming I'm on the final mission. After I defeat Advent it'll be time for me to man up and play iron man mode. That will destroy me.

Nice review but let's be honest, you could have given it that additional .1 because this game deserves a 9 at least ;)

Like you said in the review it did a lot to change what even people like myself (xcom enthusiast) would have expected from a sequel. I would have been happy with a glorified expansion calling itself "2" but they changed enough stuff that I was frequently surprised and had to change the way I play XCOM. Loved it.

Back to your com...

Oh man but it's sooooo good ;) Honestly as someone who played through the last xcom and expansions multiple times, there were so many changes in this one that it threw me off - so to the uninitiated you might actual be at a bit of an advantage compared to "vets".

It's really good stuff, and as addictive as it gets.

Ha man thats a good idea. An open world Batmanish TMNT game could really work especially having the sewers as part of the open world.

"a little empty in the city"

Just like their Transformers game. Undoubtedly fantastic combat because it's Platinum Games but another obvious cash-in on an existing franchise.

You'll probably be fighting the same enemies and bosses over and over like in Transformers. Fun but they could put a lot more effort into it and probably deliver a 10/10 of a game.

As someone who played the hell out of the last xcom, I've been surprised how many things they've changed and tweaked, and I love it. So many layers of goodness under the hood.

#DarkOcelot

That's one sexy list right there and a reminder of the gold mine Capcom is just sitting on.

Yeh having the best content in the dark zone is what has me on the fence still more than anything.

When the author says "go so far as to say..." that's a compliment to Uncharted, only stating that they actually liked ROTR more than they like Uncharted.

There's a lot of click-bait out there but this shouldn't be seen as such.

Gimme gimme gimme.

Man I'm ready for this. I hope I can finish ROTR by the 4th - because I don't if I can resist playing this once it's out, or resist actually stopping once I've started.

They said when it launches it won't but also said they will probably add it in later. My guess is they'll add it in later when they inevitably make the console versions.

Did they change this or something? Set my region to Ukraine but it lists the price as 234,00₴...''Edit: nvm I calculated the dollar conversion wrong ;)

@stapleface

Maybe it was just bad luck both times I played in the DZ but both times it was entire rogue groups (and not just a solo rogue) going after solo'ers and my own non-rogue group.

Maybe since it's beta the rogues arent worried about the risk of dropping ranks by dying so there's just a lot more of it right now.

I did like the coop stuff and would like to see the rest of the city and missions, but I'm just worried the e...

Same here. Braid just didn't pull me in like The Witness has. The game has beauty to spare too. The art direction is some of the best I've ever seen, including everything outside of video games.
