Im on the verge of finally giving it a shot (serious backlog) so Im hoping when I finally play it that it'll live up to what it was intended to be. Ive generally seen negative impressions but I still have faith in Bungie since even the best make mistakes. Hopefully they can get it to where they originally imagined it to be.
Thanks for the info donthate. Helpful bubble+
I think Im missing something here. They show that in a mp game the destruction gets crazy enough that it ends up pulling from 10 other cloud servers. No way they would have more servers than players because of the obvious costs so what am I not understanding?
I think I just could sit there for hours on end taking down buildings. That destruction is frickun great.
Absolutely the "best early access game..." Ive ever bought. The developer is way more involved with the community and feedback than even a lot of AAA devs and the updates are very frequent.
Konami is crap now but no way in hell will I punish myself by not getting this day one.
Yeh no way theyll neglect Corvo. He'll have some new powers but I already know at the bare minimum Ill have 2 playthroughs, one as corvo and one as emily. Definitely one of my favorite IPs of last gen.
Im betting half the staff has tattooed to the inside of their eyelids "dont screw this up".
I really hope they cant pull it off.
Yeehh, I loved the game as a kid, but man hollywood is more desperate for ideas than I thought.
I guess we'll be getting solitaire or minesweeper THE MOVIE next.
Confirm this for the west already ={
I love the game especially considering how it hasnt even been in early access that long. Great dev with very frequent updates and community support.
OT: The game is coming to consoles so why wouldnt they discuss console development?
I havent played terrohunt but I really liked what I played in the alpha. Really fun combination of old rainbow six mp and counter-strike plus the destruction definitely alters the gameplay match to match.
Easily a day one buy for me even with all of the other day one buys close to it.
Oh man thats a fantastic idea. Endless types of nightmarish scenery and kruger-face creatures. I vote that you should be a game developer now ;)
I really loved how they did the multiplayer. The lack of txt chat and voice chat just made people be themselves through their actions. Very unique experience.
If ya aint played it then buy it!
Aghh! Need a new Onimusha! Of course Capcom would likely screw it up as they have Resident Evil. Maybe it's best just left as a good memory.
I have it downloaded but havent touched it yet for that same reason. They still havent solved that though?
Id willingly eat a bowl of crap with a smile upon my face if we got a genuine chrono trigger remaster.
Plays similar to warframe? So the combat is skill-based? Thats good news if so.
Hows the combat? Highlight enemy, then hit 1-9 or is the combat closer to action games? (ie. GoW, Dynasty Warriors, DMC) I'm just way too worn out on select enemy, choose attack-type mmos.
Very true. Arkham Asylum really stuck with me. Felt more Metroidish than City and Knight although I loved em all. Im a sucker for anything Metroidish though as far as backtracking to previously inaccessible areas.
