Small, proprietary hdds are part of what you sign up for when you invest in a 360. That's certainly a financial positive for Microsoft (it keeps you in their pocket), but I can't really call it a glaring negative for 360 gamers.
If you've scrolled this far down in the comments before clicking and reading the Gameplayer article, DON'T CLICK!
PS3 version for me too.
Agreed. Bubbles.
I bought. Maybe I'll have them framed.
lol. wtf? Do I know you? :P
Square Enix's move to multi-platform was the terrible mistake. We'll see how XIII and Versus go, but you can guarantee that neither are Day 1 purchases for me.
Thanks for being honest, IGN.
Jenzo, you really are a piece of sh!t. You Xbots really didn't have to rush in here and smurf this poor kid's PS3 blog.
@infamous: I wouldn't fret about this too much. Great games don't require inflated reviews. And, check this, no matter what a "biased" site says, you're still going to play and enjoy the game.
Right on.
They just don't make them like they used to. SprayandPreycom, you get an F, sir.
... that I've never purchased an XBOX360. All noteworthy exclusives are ported to PC. Invest the money that you would put in to the 360 in to a great graphics card, and SHAZAM!
Gears of War II and Fable II (PC Versions) on the way? All your DLC and add-on content are belong to us.
... to be both a PS3 and PSP owner going in to 2009.
The buzz is that these titles will "never be released for the PC". I don't buy that even a little bit. Give it 6-8 months. Gears and Fable will go multiplatform.
I can see it now...
Gears II: Now with an added Single Player chapter and Multiplayer modes!
Fable II: Lost Chapters with DLC included.
... you've made a terrible mistake.
I agree though, with so many quality titles released this holiday season, I'll be skipping Tomb Raider (on every platform).
Guess I'm waiting a long time then.
The PS2 is the greatest system ever created. Feel free to drag it in to the mix. I'm always down for talking about it.
Got herpes? I've got a PS2. Let's dance.
Good game, but I refuse to give D-toid hits. You shouldn't either.
LoL @ this article. I just squirted milk out of my nose.
It's a matter of severity.
Rarely, in the PS2 days, did anyone say to themselves, "I won't buy the Playstation 2 because of DRE."
Often nowadays, people say (and outloud), "I won't buy the XBOX360 because of RRoD."
Regarding Q&A, bugs often aren't left in games/hardware because Q&A didn't find them. Bugs are left in the mix because developers/producers feel that issues are too costly (time/money) to fix, or that the issues are too minor to...
Was this notion of "prototyping" as a way of forecasting a title's success applied to Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts?
Whatsmore...

"At the moment we've got these hugely bloated teams spending millions of dollars, and as soon as they've finished the last game, if it's successful the safest thing to do is start on a new one, and look at ways to make it better. It kind of stifles innovation - the publishers are reluctant to sign a cheque for seven figur...
