Also, another update from BF3's twitter. All of those who are gaining access through Proxy servers before their region is allowed to will have all stats reset when the game is unlocked for their area.
So either way if you are playing the game early and you are not supposed to you will be reset back to nothing at 3am-est or 12am-pst.

Edit: Why the disagree? EA already stated that the emails were sent out incorrectly and they were meant to say the download of the Physcial Warefare Pack and BF3 LE were now available to those who didn't have the pre-load option.
Just like they didn't want bad Pub for banning people in the Beta? Or like how they chose Op Metro for the beta map.. Keep saying you won't get banned, but there is a good chance you will.

If your account is in the USA along with your CC address then it is pretty easy to tell if you are playing the game when you shouldn't be.
They'll most likely get banned at the very least for a week. The whole reason for Origin/Battlelog is so that EA/Dice can make sure people don't hack/use loopholes in their system.
Battlefield 3 is not a SP game though, they could have just released MP and 99% of gamers would have been happy that are buying BF3. I am not even going to touch SP for a few months.
Online passes aren't bad since they only effect people buying used games. The developers and publishers see no money from these sales and that isn't good since if they make less of a profit on a ge it is less likely to be continued or improved upon.
It costs money to run these online servers hardware wise and bandwidth wise, not to mention all of the costs it takes to create a game.

Really hope that that they make a third game and expand it even more since it is one hell of a game.
I played both and personally Wither 2 pushed my PC harder than BF3. BF3 does looks nicer however.
BF3 is mainly GPU heavy so you may be fine with your current CPU.

Karkland should release around Christmas to gather up some additional media for the holidays. They already have most of the work done.
I enjoyed the demo, however it was a bit confusing at first. I agree that there should be more options rather than it be centered around buildings, although the economy/diplomacy/rebel parts of the game were a nice touch they could have been expanded upon.

Personally I don't think the actual gameplay is amazing. But the story and universe is what keeps me hooked.
It is 3am for east coast and 12am for west coast. They have stated it a million times and Origin's times are correct.
