I hate articles like this. We haven't seen one second of actual gmeplay set. Not one and already people are saying the game is generic and recycling old tropes (which is not a bad thing)
I love zombie games, I love zombie literature (World War Z still one of my favorite books ever). I love zombies movies, be them real undead or fast infected a la 28 Days or anything in between. So I'm really excited for this. Naughty Dog is just the icing on the cake.
Is anyone absolutely sure about this? Because I can't remember any developer ever having cheats as DLC. And just doesn't seem like a move that Volition would pull.
Maybe as an early access thing but that's about it.

I liked sa but i feel saints row has become the go-to for over the top craziness. I enjoy the realistic feel over the old gtas.
Rockstar should stick with the gta4 vibe and let saints row focus on the insane open-world

The author's implying that because SR3 has a COD style weapon, it may become more like an FPS (the horror!) and what that could mean for the future of the series.
Dude, it's one weapon. In an open world over-the-top third-person game.
And FPSs can be great.

IMO, I prefer the realism. Keep the dark gritty tone with Gay Tony-style inclusions.

I think I read on one of the articles here that the first review gave it an 88. Pretty good, imo. I'm expecting scores like Just Cause 2, a lot in the high 80s and a lot in the 90s and 100s and then few who just hate it

personally i don't like online and hate that the current trend seems to be shoehorning in multiplayer modes at the expense of singleplayer. We need more split-screen and longer campaigns
you prefer single player or multiplayer?
I really don't enjoy any online multiplayer except for Uncharted 2 and Mortal Kombat so I'd going to wait a few months and buy BF3 cheap for the campaign. U3 has the campaign and offline-splitscreen co-op.
But if you want that long-lasting multiplayer value, I'd suggest BF3
I'm probably going to get a lot of hate for this but IMO this just might have the edge over Uncharted 3.
Now I love the Uncharted series, they're my all-time favorite games this gen and I already preordered the third.
But I think BF3 looks amazing. U3 is beautiful but this game is incredible
