Yeah, I spent a few minutes in the menu last night to see if there was a save option on the online side but nope. It'd make sense if it was tied to your profile save, I never trust cloud anything and this is why.
I've lost 5 characters to the servers so far. I have no confidence in it whatsoever. Which is a shame because I love the game, and Rockstar. But by the time this is sorted I'll be so far behind it's putting me off.
They put Ouya above PS4. How can you take anything they say seriously after that?! haha... Whether you prefer Xbone or PS4 you have to say they're both better than Ouya!
Everyone's complaining. Ungrateful haha... You're getting 2 games basically - if you're a trophy fan that's two lists.
Besides, this upgrade thing is only going to affect games released multiplatform between November and probably January 2014.
That's the point! The characters don't fit in the satire world. None of them want to be there, in Los Santos, it's not real. That's why Trevor lives in the desert, Franklin wants to better himself and get out of LS and Michael is miserable in this town full of sycophants and Barbie and Ken dolls.
It's satire not glorification. A lot of people just see what's in front of them and the meaning is lost on them. If you pay attention it's obvious. For example, there was a furore over a perfume advert in game with the slogan "Smell like a bitch" - if you actually look at the advert the perfume is called 'Le Chien' which is French for dog.
Also, drug wise this game has very little, one character occasionally smokes pot and another makes meth, but...
The only character I wasn't a big fan of was Michael, but he's far from awful. Franklin and Trevor are great, especially Trevor - he's a really memorable videogame protagonist. I don't see why people don't like them. Niko was hardly Mr Charisma.
Some points:
Saturn 3D, Dreamcast only had one analogue stick (like the N64) so you can't say they offset the analogue sticks haha, they just happen to put it there. Also, the d-pad and face buttons on those controllers were a lot more level that the 360's analogue stick and face buttons, meaning the analogue stick was placed "where it would fit" on the controller and you'd still be able to reach it, so it went above the d-pad.

I'm sure about 70 people have said this but how is this unexpected? We've gone a generation and we're sticking with blu-ray so obviously they're going to be around 50GB. PS3 games were filling them so obviously with better models and textures files will be getting bigger.
That's amazing! It looks exactly like Fifa 12, 13 and 14 on the Xbox 360 haha
This just sounds like someone who's a bit crap at GTA and is purposefully making it difficult for himself by turning free aim on. If it's bad don't use it.
As for the map load, I can't speak for others but on my PS3 version I pause, there's a half second delay and then I can see the map. I don't know where 1-2 seconds comes from.
Driving wise, I don't find myself glued to the mini map because I just press down on the d-pad then I g...
What's so hard to understand?! All versions will be at the same level of progression (Title update 13) is what he means when he says PS4 version will be the same as the 360 version. The only difference will be the size of the maps, the 'underlying code' and 'TU13' just refers to what populates the map, biomes, mobs etc.
Basically:
Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita = Equivalent to current X360 version.
Xbox One, PS4 = Equivalent to cu...
Debating beeps. Jesus Christ haha
My PS3 isn't obsolete, still play it nearly everyday :)
$400 every 8-10 years is preferable to $100 every 12-18 months to most, but you've got me on games.
Personally I buy very few new retail games, only things like The Last of Us and GTA V, but I do get PS+ games which is a very good deal.
Here's the thing. PC's are obviously better and have been for a while, only an idiot would deny it but it's expenditure = experience. Playing modern games on a PC is a fluid investment, graphics cards need updating, RAM needs adding, you have to account for overheads due to OS, and general inefficiency of components over time whereas a console is always going to be favourable to a lot of people because you just plug it in and off you go.
You can build a decent ri...

What I can't get away from is that they were paying a lot of attention to power consumption, GDDR5 is more power hungry than DDR3 and the Xbox One is a media centre meant to be left on for long periods of time, but GDDR5 is undoubtably the better RAM for gaming purposes. Essentially the games portion has been compromised for the media portion.
May be an overly simplistic point of view but that's how it seems on the face of it.
The best thing I can say about Fable is that you can shit your pants in Fable 2 which is quite amusing for 5 minutes. Other than that this guy has no right to say anything about other people's games. I think the gaming media should just blacklist the twat.
If I had an XBox I wouldn't want to have it on all the time while I'm doing something else. It's just unnecessary - we don't know the working life of the console and whether having it on constantly will shorten it, they said 10 years but I doubt that. Also what about the power drain? Instead of just having PS4/ Cable + TV you have PS4/ Cable + Xbone + TV. I know it's a few pence a day or whatever but it's going to add up isn't it.
Any sentence with the phrase "biometric data is collected" is a sentence I don't want to be applicable to my games console to be honest.
