Why do people keep remaking things in CryEngine? A few years ago I'd understand, Crysis was amazing and you needed a monster PC to run it, but now I think there are other engines that look better. For example, the other month someone made a "Next gen" Uncharted in CryEngine - it looked worse than the PS3 engine.
Stop remaking things in unsuitable and not actually that impressive game engines!

Sign out of PSN and sign back in again, worked for me. My avatar was missing and none of my trophies were showing but I did that and now it's fine.

Before 1.51 my share button was randomly recording bits from days before but since it's been great, needs more editing features and somewhere else to upload it other than Facebook but other than that it's great.

I had wear on my Xbox 360 controllers analogues so I know it can happen but it looked nothing like this, this looks like it's been nibbled by something, whereas the 360 sticks went smoother and smoother, first the bumps went, and then the softer grippy rubber started to chunk off revealing the shiny molded plastic beneath.

It's pretty much offensive for this game studio to be called Rare now. They're so far removed from the great games they made before microsoft bought them and killed their soul.
I doubt this particular console was ever going to be available to buy anyway. I'm sure nearly every company has stock of their product reserved in house for marketing purposes, celebrities and journalists. It's not like they went to the local videogame retailer and snatched it out of someone's hands.

Advertising, that's what this is. If people can't see that they're a bit dense. Obviously it's annoying if you didn't get your console, but that isn't this bloke's or Sony's Ad department's fault.

Must be reasonably priced: it's an old game most people have already played, and is also most likely already available on steam with these graphics for about $16, so don't charge me $60.
Don't do every game just for the sake of it: I'd like series to come out, and have actual work done to them. For example, Mass Effect - if every game had a uniform UI and the same graphical look it'd be worth getting, maybe some...

Consoles are like sports cars in my opinion. Nobody needs one but they still make them. You could make do with the old model, or a vehicle that does more but you'll still buy the Porsche if you can.

I have a PS4, I don't really want an XBox One, but I have to say - this is ridiculous. The only thing I can think of in a games console that remotely resembles liquid is thermal paste as the article says, and that's not a leaky substance more of a sticky gloop.
