Wow! That looks... exactly the same.
They'll kill the dog. It'll get them press, they'll probably have you do it in a really traumatic way too haha like strapping it with c4 and making it run at a load of entrenched enemies.
Sony are on fire with their marketing - they could probably make me buy a third hand PS2 for £349 at the moment haha
I'm getting a PS4, super excited but Driveclub and Watch Dogs being delayed is a bit of a hit but then again hardly worrisome. Killzone looks like it might be amazing, and is one of the best looking games I've ever seen, Knack looks fun and people shouldn't dismiss it as often as they do, considering where it came from and then there's all the third party games which look to be better on PlayStation 4.
Then there's the indies, some of which look like they&...
I never realised it was that obvious, I don't have a gaming PC so the only 60FPS games I've played were the rare 60FPS PS3 games played on a 50Hz tv, so I've never seen it that clear.
Hope 1080p/60FPS becomes standard on the next gen consoles.
Really interesting to find out that most Romans were from Northern England ;)
I think they just want the games on the store compatible with PS4, so the crossbuy indies they already have will say PS4, PS3, PSVITA instead of just PS3 and Vita.
It'd be nice if one day everything digital worked on the PS4 through software emulation and ports though :D
Yes! Not alot of people know that the Dual Analogue controller had concave sticks in 1997.
I hate how the popular media is so biased nowadays. I don't have a problem with any opinion, even a known fanboy's opinion, as long as it's backed up by facts and experience but that's never the case now.
How many people let their subscriptions lapse if they actually use them (bar an actual financial emergency)? When Xbox users say "well you don't really own the game" it's technically true, but I'm not going to stop buying PS+, it sustains itself through the games I get for free.
If you have and use a premium service like XBL Gold and PS+ you almost always keep using it. I know 360 owners that have had Gold without interruption for about 7 years!
Well this review is worthless because of the guy that wrote it - had a look through his recent stuff, full of sly digs at PlayStation. If you've been using the Xbox 360 controller almost exclusively since 2005 then obviously you'll be biased.
Pretty much, they're fucking French. - The guy on this video in one sentence.
Ouch! That's going to hurt Ubisoft. I mean, it's probably for the best but with it being so close to launch it's a kick in the nads for all involved.
Why is this even a thing? It's not really Ellen Page is it, it's a character model with the same dimensions, so yes, it's probably a pretty accurate rendering of what she'd look like in the shower if you're interested but all the time this scene was being mocapped she was in a black morphsuit covered in ping pong balls. If this is arousing to you then I'd like to point you in the direction of real people and perhaps porn websites haha
Howdy y'all I'm from Japan, Texas.
I'm going off the parts prices in the article. $700 - $1800. If the top whack one is $1800 why not build your own is what I'm saying, I doubt anyone with $1800 for a PC is going to buy a Steam Machine, and if you're on a budget you'll probably get a console rather than the low end Steam Machine.
It's a strange beast. Too expensive to compete with consoles, under powered and too closed for the serious PC gamer. I think it'll have to carve out a section of the market for itself, to me it's for people who have money but can't be bothered or don't have the technical knowledge to build a PC and also like to sit on the settee and game.
The day Microsoft announce something clearly and concisely, Satan will be ice skating to work.
They keep talking about power consumption, an obvious sign that they wanted a media centre not a games console. The XBox is meant to be on as long as your TV is on, so that's games, films and cable - whereas the PS4 is only on when you want to play games, maybe watch Netflix or a bluray. Either way, less than an Xbox.
You can't say that GDDR5 is uncomfortable though, that's just BS - especially for devs. I mean, I'm no expert but surely accessing a single pool...
@holyduck 120 down?! Are you living in South Korea? Your profile says Humberside so...
It doesn't matter if you don't have a 1080p TV but otherwise of course it matters. 720p is less than half the pixels of 1080p, a fair bit of potential definition not to use. Especially on distance objects which just become shapes if you don't have enough pixels for the detail
