God forbid a company tried to get creative when naming a device they want to DIFFERENTIATE from their existing lineup of devices.
Why are so many of you resisting change? What do you want it to be called? "Portable Playstation Thing Number 2". Something blatantly obvious to describe the device.
Vita means "Life" or "Live", it is a creative way of saying our lives, or life, revolves around the new device. Probably due to all o...
Haha, I'm not disagreeing with you, it's a nice list.
But maybe for once people on N4G are using the disagree button to respectfully say they do not agree with your list. Maybe their list is different?
Nah... Doubt it, probably just a random disagree for no reason, or for mentioning a particular game in your list.
Wouldn't that be something if 8 days before Sony's conference one of those 4 mystery blocks was populated with a picture.
Yeah I sort of agree.
It all comes down to adding triggers in the game code that activate the trophy based on an event or tracked events.
I can see where something like, killing 200 enemies with headshots would be a harder trophy to "trigger" without a headshot tracker already implemented in the code. Whereas beat the final boss would be much simpler.
Either they are lazy, or just really pressed for time with Resistance 3, as the c...
Exactly, I think more or less they are commenting about the name to. People assuming it is the "PS4". Now everyone knows it will more than likely be called the "PS4", but Sony doesn't want to reveal that until they show of the hardware.
Wanna keep us in suspense, as if they are going to release a completely different branded console other than Playstation.
Exactly, just a phone that has the luxury of supporting Playstation games and the controls necessary to play those games.
In the end it is still an Android phone.
It's not like the phone is going to see solid NEW releases is it? I'm pretty sure it is just the existing PS One library that is being supported. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Given the way good, great, and awesome games have been rated as of late, that score would be just fine for me.
I suggest you don't assume things, Me and Chug were the first two to comment on this article. When we did, it suggested Xbox games were using HD DVD's.
Articles can be edited you know.
Wouldn't a liquid cooled next gen console be cool.
I know they can do it, all you need is a radiator. And I'm sure Sony can find or manufacture a radiator unit small enough to fit inside a console, something like a Corsair H70 or H50.

Was just about to comment on that. 360 games use your standard DVD discs. But with the recent update they now support a slightly larger DVD disc format.
Obviously it is the hackers fault. No company can completely guard their systems, expecting every single angle of attack.
Fair enough, but I feel news should be up to date when submitted to the site. Which is why I made the comment.
Yet to be announced MW3?
Living under a rock? or a collection of pebbles and stones?
How is that Move's fault?
That is a developer decision, or publisher depending on who is paying the bills at the end of the day.
If Move can work with titles like KZ3, it can theoretically work with any game, excluding a few games of course.
Because of course everyone owns 2 Moves, stop assuming things like a Troll.
Kinect sold 8 million in 2 months and followed up with 2 million sold in 5 months. Momentum?
I have faith that both Move and Kinect will continue to sell fine. I already know more Move games are in the works, just as more Kinect games are in the works. Just have to wait till E3 to see what games appeal to me.
Can't believe people are still talking down about the time it took to notify us about the breach.
I've seen it where a hospital told my Brother that his son's information, SS#, etc.. was stolen in December 2010. Got the letter March 2011. What kind of notification time is that? More of the norm.
A week is amazingly fast to completely classify the severity of a breach and the extent of the data taken and notify 77 million people.
I wan't 3 hours conference and 2 hour special event haha.
But I'm curious now to see what the performance is, hopefully it's nothing stupid and non-gaming related. Hopes are high though.
Okay, it wasn't cutting edge when looking at raw power, but it was still the first GPU with 300 million transistors, Nvidia did that in their own presentation.
But my general point is it isn't much worse than the Xbox GPU, so no reason to call is a POS.
What you call a piece of shit processor is pumping out awesome graphics and was one of the TOP processors of that time. Not to mention the first with over 300 million transistors. RSX by the way.
You act like the GPU is supposed to EVOLVE in the console over time to keep relevant. Everyone forgets that this technology was on the CUTTING EDGE when it first released.
And you want them to stop innovating? Take the easy way out?
Nice, I downloaded it not to long ago.
If anyone is interested in learning how to use this program, along with learning things like Programing Languages like C, Java, Flash, and how to use the UDK check out TheNewBoston channel on YouTube.
The guy goes in depth and covers everything. He just started posting videos on the UDK.
