I think it's good that they're putting their games on sale already. No reason to keep the prices artificially High. Sony has always been good about putting stuff on sale in a reasonable time frame.
Spider-Man's definitely worth it, especially if you've never played the first one! It is short but it's one hell of a ride and you can definitely drag more than five or six hours out of it. I thought it looked pretty good. As others have said, Halo was never meant to be this crazy graphical showpiece. It just needs to look good and play excellent. Definitely Fable 2 was easily a system seller. I feel like Microsoft has learned their lesson and they're definitely trying to recapture the magic of the 360 with the series X. People aren't buying this games as service crap. Some of it is legit like sea of thieves, but a game like Fable definitely needs to be a single player story focused game. Maybe you could include some co-op or some multiplayer modes but it needs to be a legit action RPG with a good story. I can't wait to see...
For me it was the only game that could compete with Zelda at the time. It wasn't quite up to the standard but it was a hell of a good time in its own right. It just felt right. And while it has not aged all that well it was still a fantastic game for the time. I was really disappointed with Fable 3. That's about the time where I stopped pre-ordering games. I was very let down by the whole setup of that one. But one and two were definitely up there with some of my all-time faves!
There's really no way to go but up after Fable 3. I just hope they can capture the charm of Fable 1 and 2. All that crazy stuff Peter Molyneux used to talk about that just wasn't possible on the OG Xbox they could probably implement some of that stuff now. I'm always down for a good action RPG and Fable 1&2 we're pretty great! That series really helped establish Xbox in the minds of many fans. I seriously can't wait to see what Playground can do with the series.
It's become one of my top 10 ever! I have long waited for Assassin's Creed to do an oriental setting and this game really scratched that itch for me. It was just about as perfect as games got in the PS4 era.

Well, I own both and I can honestly say the new Ratchet and Clank IS reason to own a PS5! That game is crazy good! However, I still prefer my series X at this point. For real, its amazing. I totally find myself playing games I never would have even considered. Have found some true gems this way. Thats part of the beauty of it all. I bought my copy of Ratchet & Clank from somebody local for $40. It's definitely worth that I'd maybe pay $50 tops for it. It's A wonderful game but it is relatively short.
