Can't wait for Ghosts 2 in 2014.
I wonder how you can clear a misunderstanding if it's not a misunderstanding but a fact.
I mean, I'm not talking out of my arse here. The specs are there, there's no way in this universe or any other alternate universe that we know of that Wii U can compete with the PS4 and quite possibly, the next Xbox that's about to be revealed in the graphics department.
I have no grudge against Nintendo or Nintendo fans but, please... Sometimes there'...
Dr. F sounds like he'll be dropping some F bombs.
Seriously though, new IPs are always welcome.
I don't mean to disrespect anyone who liked the CGI Dead Island trailer, but I thought it was overrated to the highest extent.
I knew the first moment I saw the trailer that it was misleading, and the game would be nothing like it. The emotions, the tragedy, the good acting, they were all missing in the actual game. Trailers should represent the games faithfully, or else it's just playing with gamers' expectations, which is not a good thing. For that reason alone ...
I respectfully disagree. The whole prologue chapter with the famous monologue "war has changed" might be the best opening to any video game that has ever released. I wouldn't call that a childish anime.
That's good, this means we might be getting a PROPER, fully functional version of Internet Explorer this time.
Did you play Bioshock Infinite? He kind of reminds me of Booker Dewitt.
Hot dayum! I loved what I saw there.
Turtles will always rock.
About friggin' time. People were kind of going insane over the vague rumors recently. Finally Microsoft will be putting an end to the trolling (and ironically, open the road for new ones).
I'm expecting to see some Alan Wake 2 footage myself. Yeah folks, you heard it here first.
That's a fitting title, actually. Call of Duty is now indeed a mere ghost of its former self.
I miss the COD games with WW2 storyline, they were quite minimalistic yet extremely atmospheric and intense compared to those Hollywoodified explosion fests filled with action-movie cliches that are done a bazilion times before. With these sales numbers however, it seems like there's no going back to those good old days anymore.
That box art I can tell is the real deal. It looks too real to be fan generated, or "fake" if you will.
So, congratulations, I guess? A new year, a new COD.
If that's not some great news that can make a gamer's day, I don't know what is.
Thanks, I've been wondering the wonders of Wonder Woman.
If I were to upgrade my GPU, I'd still go for a GTX 690.
In my opinion the performance difference is not worth the extra power consumption, a whopping 550+ watts at high load, which is almost double the amount of GTX 690's maximum consumption values.
A 620 watt PSU would suffice for a GTX 690, but if you want to go for 7990 instead, you'll at least need a 850 watt PSU, which is a serious deal-breaker for me.
No offense to my extra-terrestrial friend, but I can't be the only person who thinks that they all look horrible, just like most of the fan-made designs out there.
I think the new design will be simple and compact, without those sharp edges which is believed to look "futuristic" by many people, but the cold fact is that they look as awful as they can get from the aesthetic standpoint. I'd love Sony to take the modernist approach, making the console round and...
Oh... my... freaking... god!
As a survival horror fan I just cannot express how excited I am for this game. It's almost like Resident Evil meets Silent Hill, which might be the perfect combination.
Please revive the survival horror genre, Mikami-San!
I'd actually love to see The Ventriloquist in the list, he may not be a major threat but I kind of liked the role he played in the Knightfall saga when I was a kid. It's the third game in the series and he's still left out.
That's nothing new. Consoles never did offer some of the things that make PCs the way they are. Gaming consoles have always been focusing on the ease of use, and I don't see that changing in the future.
That'd totally make me buy the game even though I wasn't planning on doing it in the near future. Spawn is underrated as hell (no pun intended).
Actually, it is.
I've played the demo, the story and the atmosphere was... well, almost perfect.
I'm just thinking that it might be too dark for some people's tastes, from what I can tell it's a quite depressing story with seriously brutal writing. It's a gruesome dark fantasy, kind of like Dark/Demons Souls, with a clever presentation and an engaging flow of events.
I'll be picking it up when it comes out.
