I have no doubt it's a faster, more powerfull machine and that's one of the main reasons why I'll be choosing PS4 over its competitors (along with great exclusives), but I have to be honest here- "lightyears ahead" sounds like an overstatement to me as I fail to see some visual difference of a "lightyear" between next-gen and old-gen games. It indeed looks like a DEEP DOWNGRADE from the reveal trailer to me.
I can't believe we're still getting tricked into believing that what we see in a technology demo is a true representation of what the actual game will look like in this day and age.
If we're going to be realistic... well, I don't even think the reveal gameplay trailer was in-game. It still looks like a heavily post-processed and touched up representation of the gameplay to me.

To be fair, Hayter did the voice acting for Big Boss in three Metal Gear Solid games, namely, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Portable Ops and Peace Walker. Dayum do those environment screens look great. Second Son is one of the greatest looking next-gen games, and thinking that it's an open world launch title with graphics better than most of the games shown will almost boil my head. Future's looking bright for PS4.
Naughty Dog placed themselves into my must-follow devs list with Last of Us. I love Uncharted but Last of Us is the second best game I've played this gen (the first being Red Dead Redemption). The other two companies in my list are Rockstar and Kojima Productions. I'm not sure if they're the "absolute" best but I'd definitely say that they're up there with the greatest.

Great game, but it's kind of expensive on Vita (the iOS version is 4.99 while the Vita version is 14.99).
