You also must have no knowledge of the series. Every character is super deep to master while simultaneously extremely balanced. It is a huge undertaking to add characters in this series which is why so few get added. It probably hurts them financially but it also keeps the integrity of what VF has always been.

Quick resume is just a pain at times for me as a multiplayer gamer. It can’t save where I am in a multiplayer server so some games end up crashing out or I have close out the game app and restart it to get into the servers. I guess it’s cool at times when I’m not online but that is rare so nothing I would make a huge deal about. And there are more gamers playing online then there are not so keep that in mind.
Yeah but LoU has multiplayer with balanced weapons and multiple ways to play and be successful. Last of us provided great entertainment spanning two generations. God of War you can maybe get a couple months out of it.
This is a great point about being subjective. I am primarily a mp focused gamer so even though I played some of GOW and know it’s good it couldn’t hold my attention as killing AI gets boring to me quickly. That’s why I would consider TLOU part 1 as the greatest game. Fantastic storytelling and production for single player but also had an unbelievably addictive multiplayer that I played for years.
Why, depends on where they are coming from. Other reviews have all written glowingly about the gameplay so if that is their primary concern and don’t factor in micro transactions as much it is probably justified. This started out as a small indie game and has morphed into a game with the greatest roster of all time and maybe the most ambitious and realistic sim sports game ever outside of racing games. Mind blowing, hope it lives up to its ambitions.
Well Naughty Dogs next game is long in development as it is the stand alone mp game based on last of us factions. So I expect you will be getting 2 birds with one stone. If anyone thinks ND are hard at work on anything else right now you will be disappointed. But for me a stand alone mp from ND based on factions is all I care about from this reveal. Seeing GT7 and something new would be cool too. I expect we will get an nba 2k22 trailer
I'm pretty excited to see how this works out and see if the gameplay can keep improving over time without the devs worrying about making a new build every year and holding back gameplay improvements to have something to sell the new iteration with. I just hope the weaker platforms don't hamper the visuals of next gen consoles and high end pcs.

I’m a multiplayer only gamer and for me this feels old. I liked 5 better. After playing apex for two years this just doesn’t match up. It’s too slow and the weapons are not properly balanced or as fun to use. I just can’t justify playing this over apex for mp.
