it IS
"if you consider DOOM 3 to be impressive"
lol, DOOM 3 pioneered much of the graphics techniques that are in every single game today.
"Arkham City runs on Unreal Engine 3, so it can't be included."
Then what does gears 3 run on?
Bad PCs, probably installed by some marketing deal.
yi, vlad?
somebody is bad at the game
"I would love to see a modern RPG which uses today’s graphics, an involved plot, and with profound character development."
Lost Odyssey (or... the real FF13) worked... now if they were to put that on a console that the Japanese would buy then it would have sold enough for them to make more.
Maybe if it isn't awkward to control and broken because of input lag...
But Uncharted is one of those great games which isn't actually good if you have played the many thousands of far better games... Most people who swear by it only do so because it is one of the first good games they played (they are at an age where the current generation is the one that they first owned a console from)
Uncharted is one of the best games of this generation... in which there have been hardly any good games when compared to any generation of consoles before i...
Good article.
The xbox dashboard is a direct copy of the XMB rotated by 90 degrees. So any 360 owner complaining about XMB is talking crap.

Hopefully they spread the unlocks out through more than the first hour of gameplay this time. In BC2 you had everything unlocked by level 15 then the only multiplayer progress you could make was ranking up to 50 with no more unlocks :(
"I HATED Steam back then"
Same, but now I quite like it.
If there is 1 thing I would have them change, it would be to move the close button so it actually occupies the top right pixel of the screen like any other maximised program :P
I don't like the way some of the prices on Steam are insanely overpriced though, i.e. they take all the savings from not having to box the game and don't pass any of that to the consumer. So for...
High street retailers are suffering a loss in sales because their prices are crazy. I saw a 2nd hand CoD 4 in Gamestation for £30 last week, and they probably gave somebody £4 for the liberty to trade it in.
iPad "gameplay", all the guy does is look around.
Wasn't that what MS were trying to market Kinect as being able to do? With that scripted Milo thing...
