"the forums would have been full of complaints"
er... the steam forums are full of complaints.
Personally, I only see a few console-port flaws:
- Mouse accelleration is forced on and has to be turned off in the ini
- vsync is forced on and has to be turned off in the ini
- vertical mouse sensitivity seems to be decided by the frame rate :S (what the hell kind of programming!?)
- menu is clearly designed for controller...
Yeah, the horses seem to be fine with scaling near-vertical cliffs lol.
I'm sure a video would be quite easy to find...
I think you are supposed to try the multiplayer ;)
Find yourself CoD 1, 2 and 4 for the single player and ignore the rest.
"It’s not just a disappointment, but a turning point for the worse: gaming is devolving from a focus on entertainment; it’s now pure business. It always has been about making money, but Activision has taken this to the extreme with Modern Warfare 3."
This.
"not going back on their word"
they do that anyway, all the time
I suppose it makes sense when you put it that way.
There are probably TVs right now that let you like shows, it is entirely feasable for them to program that into the system that handles the channels and show schedules if they come up with the idea.
Move best suited for FPS?
I will leave it at that...
"All entertainment will be interactive within the next five years, claims the head of marketing at Xbox Live Robin Burrowes."
Are MS actually retarded? So, books, film and TV are all going to vanish within 5 years? Lol what.
"Codenamed TEN, is all about Metro, embedded Silverlight and an Apple-like integration with Windows and Windows Phone."
sounds bad.
CoD 4... especially on PC.
Well, CoD4 is a good game for them to copy from tbh :P
BF3 copied some buildings from BC2 but I'm fine with it.
I want one!
Get rid of the BUGS and give PC users a key to deploy the bipod not the same button as aim down sight...
Those are the only 2 things that annoy me... But you are more likely to see the game bugging out than see it working properly :/
Yeah. Why complain about one console holding another back when they are both holding PC games back, and a LOT more than the 360 is holding the ps3 back.

"Disc size has nothing to do with graphical technology. I've never heared such BS in my life."
er.... the better a game's graphics are - the higher resolution it's textures are likely to be.
Textures are usually the largest contributor to disk space usage.
Yes, disk space is nothing to do with graphical technology - but it does limit the amount of uniquely textured/modelled game resources that can exist and moreso when t...
Open world game with multiple disks :S
LA Noire didn't let most of the disk space be reserved for the environment, but I can't see how the environment wouldn't be the major cause of the game needing to be on multiple disks for GTA5 considering they are not using MotionScan. So essentially, if it isn't on 2 or 3, maybe even 4 disks on 360 - then the DVD limitation has broken yet another game that could have been amazing.
But how can an open wor...
"Rockstar doesn't care about how many people own a certain console, simply because they MAKE people buy consoles. Playstation 2 would be a fine example of their influence."
Yep, GTA and FF were the main reasons I had a PS2. Then I also bought San Andreas on my Xbox because it had er, character shadows :/
If GTA4 was PS3 exclusive, I would not own a 360 right now. Pitty that the new FF games suck and aren't Sony exclusive anyway.
I loved SSX3 but none of the others. I wouldn't trust them enough to preorder the new SSX even though it should be good judging by what I have seen so far.
OK, first of all the PC version clearly has a larger detail distance.
And secondly, the 360 applies a contrast enhancement to it's output image designed to make it look appealing on typical TV setups; apart from the detail distance that is the only difference between 360 and PC (you could open up either in photoshop and tweak the contrast to make them appear extremely similar).
The ps3 also has that adjustment but it is off by default and sites never turn...
