Then why are they implementing Kinect into their sim when sim racers require precision controls? Why aren't they focusing on designing the game for a 900 degrees of rotation, like Forza 3 was suppose to have, instead of 270 degrees? When are they going to eliminate active steering from this series?

I'm confused by this article. A friend of mine in the UK (I'm in NA) has the Fantec GT2 and he told me it works flawlessly with MSA already. Why would they have to patch it? Or maybe they received a different version than we are getting here in NA?

Comparison articles are pretty useless. You have to take these sites at face value and all of them have bias regardless of which format they prefer. These games almost never look on my displays the way they do in these articles.

Is my greatest fear with this franchise coming to fruition but in a bad way? All I am hearing is about so far is Kinect, Kinect, Kinect. What about better and more immersive wheel support (designing it for 900 degrees instead of 270), new tracks, create a track options, details on a new career mode, new possible racing types like Rally, more tuning options, etc...
