I thought I would just complete the story mode twice and have enough coins for nearly all krypts but found out quickly that Boon and his team makes you work for those coins. When you replay the story mode over you only win 10 coins per encounter. So this infinite trick will definitely come in handy.
If you are referring to Shao Kahn he is easy to beat using a pattern. Just stay mid screen or further and spam him with projectile attacks. When he starts talking trash rush in and do the biggest combo you know with the character you are using. Jump back and rinse and repeat. I beat Kahn every time I face him use cheesy patterns. Just stay away from his unblockables and pray you don't get caught by his xray move. Freaking cheap ass combo does 80% damage.
