Nathan those links say it all. I haven't played GOW3 since a month or so after it was released and it slipped my mind just how visually amazing that game was/is. Definitely among the top 3, if not number 1, best visuals on a console released this generation "so far".

I'm not expecting the Kratos character model on MK to even come close to SM's model. I just want to play as him in the MK world and rip some heads off Helios style.

That's good to know. I have not made a deck mount for it yet and was going to do it this morning but now I can dedicate more time to just playing it on my already mounted GT2.

I will build my T500 mount this weekend instead. I have a ton of new toys arriving this week for my rig. Can't wait till they are all here and hooked up.

There is a segment on insidesimracing.tv on how to adjust the game for wheel use on their main page. I tried it at a friends on his setup and it runs fantastic. Fun wheel game with nice graphics, just like the prequel. Nothing mind blowing but definitely a good racer. I am breaking my wheels out tomorrow and give it a shot in my rigs.

Judge for yourself. Don't rely on others.

IMO they did just that. This is the first wrestling game I have like since Asmik's engine for WCW vs NWO on the N64. This game is a blast to play. I only have4 more matches to go before I have completed all the events. I have play it THAT much already.

Games cost less today in the stores than they did years ago especially if you factor in inflation. Back in NES and SENS days games flucuated from $50 to 80 per title. What about the Neo Geo? Yeah that was a rare breed but those games costed more than the average console per title.

Only people new(er) to gaming think the games are expensive. It would be nice to see some of the fluctuating prices from last gen, especially those from 2K sports. Some games just don't warran...

I will be playing it on a Fanatec GT2 for the 360 and a T500 for the PS3 if it supports it.

This game looks like complete and total mind blowing chaotic fun! How in the hell are they going to top an Apocalypse for MS4?

I see reality is a hard pill for you to swallow. Shift is an arcade racer. But don't mind me, I have only played nearly every racing title made the past decade. But I'm sure that pales in comparison to your vast knowledge. So please DG, PM me your GT's for PSN and XBL. I would love to see your advanced experience displayed under your GT's for both consoles. I mean you have played them, right?

I wont hold my breath waiting since 99% of trolls are not gamers t...

DG, WTF are you talking about?
Shift is an arcade racer, period. I played and completed the original on both the 360 and PS3. Played it extensively on the PC where it actually gives you the best FFB support. It is an arcade racer with nice graphics, nothing more. Definitely a fun wheel game but an arcade racer to the core.

The PGR series is more sim like than Shift was / is. I will find out tomorrow if Shift 2 added more sim elements to it but from all that I saw, ...

It's Microsoft.
They want more $$$ for license fees than most 3rd party companies are willingto pay to make products for their console. Just ask Fanatec what a pain in the ass it was going through that process of their certification.

Does MS have clue one how much better games like Forza would do if most wheels were compatible with that series? Morons like me spent thousands just to be able to play the game with a good wheel and rig.

The Fanatec GT2 is the only good wheel that supports the 360 now. They stopped production on the 911 S. The clubsport package, aluminum pedals edition, cost $500. For me it was more than worth it. The only problem is Fanatec is back ordered to May. So 360 fans are SOL till June.

I always thought this was one of MS's biggest mistakes myself. No decent mass market wheel support from campanies like Logitech or Thrustmaster. Hell nearly every wheel works with the PS3.

Fanatec is the only real option unless you find the old MS plastic wheel online somewhere. MS stopped production on it long ago. That is why Turn 10 doesn't bother with anything beyond 270 degrees of rotation support.

I have the Fanatec 911 S (2 actually), GT2 and the Thrustmaster T500. I am hoping the T500 works with the PS3 version (I'm getting both. Love racing games, can yah tell?) but either way I'm good to go on both consoles.

Greenburg either suffers from mathematical dyslexia, simply delusional or has been drinking too much spiked koolaid again

I think Greenburg has missed his calling, comedy. This guy should being getting a call from HBO soon to do his stand up act live.

I don't care what part of the game it is. It's development time taking away from the actual game to implement that garbage device. They could have made a stand alone game but MS wants to create the illusion, which is how they market that POS in the first place, that you will actually be able to play Forza 4 with it full blown. Which in actuality it will just be another joy ride with F4 graphics.

I don't want MS screwing with their franchise exclusives taking awa...

I agree.
One thing I noticed about PS3 exclusives, regardless of their ratings, nearly every single one of them was a blast to play and not only cover every genre, but have even created new ones.

@Tigan

Mandatory installs like these are on multiplat titles are just the easy way out to cut cost and development time.

The 360 was the lead platform for the console version. It's not like the 360 doesn't have some games that require them or come on multiple disc like Forza 3, which does both.

Though I do agree some that say these mandatory installs are a little annoying. What cracks me up about this particular company is all t...
