I gave him a bubble. Nintendo trolls are a welcome change from the typical Sony and 360 love fest.
It adds up. Both of these games have the same slant and both of them are no where to be seen.
I almost never get sick playing FPS but watching this demo kinda make my stomach churn a little. The constant shaky cam effect is annoying as hell too.
Whats so horrible about that?
Lets get cloud computing off the ground first before we even think about cloud gaming. Plus the consoles like Sony and MS are too interested in protecting their own virtual services to allow something like this to exist.
Yes, I can just see some old timer having flash backs and screaming die Japs, die. I'm sure it'll be a touching moment.
It seems MS is hell bent on milking every last drop out of this franchise for some reason. Its as if the Halo brand has no future and every available opportunity must be squeezed out before life clock runs out.
I'm sure the following Halo based games are already well into development:
1. Halo squad shooter
2. Halo RTS
3. Halo squad "tactical" shooter
4. Halo RPG
5. Halo 3X space strategy game
6. Halo trading card game
...
Yeah I agree. I downloaded 1000 BC as a test and it seems the PSN vids suck as much as the Live ones. The image quality blows for something that is branded as "1080". This is barely better than the brutally compressed crap I get from Dish Network. The soundtrack is flat as hell when I switched between the Bluray and the DD, the Bluray sound is clearly superior in all regards.
Oh, and the missing features, WTF? No extra footage, trailers, or even subtittles. Totally we...
You make a good point. You're already paying for your connection and the devs already put the online gameplay into the game. So why should there be charge to go online? Its not like Microsoft is running dedicated servers for Halo 3 and other games since they're all peer to peer. Just because they're providing the match making thats no excuse to demand a yearly fee.
Way back in the days there were PC services that tried to do the same thing like Mplayer and Kali but over time th...
Whoever said digital download is the wave of the future must be smoking a ton of crack. On a 15 meg RR connect I started downloading the 1080 version of 1000 BC at 10 PM, its now 1:10 AM in the morning and its only 68% done.
Lame as hell!
No thanks, I'll stick Blurays.
The irony is, the PC version could be done the fastest LOL! So if they're going to release the game on based on the ease of development it would be...
1. PC
2. PS3 (most developed console version)
3. Xbox 360
There are too many great games coming out. October is gonna be busy as hell.
Mid August is not soon :(
This tittle was misleading. On the frontpage I thought they were announcing GTA V, but after clicking it turns out the V stands for video of the DS version. Yuck! Damn you!
LMAO!! FF 13 is up and running for the PC first before the consoles, priceless. At this rate they'll have the PS3 version for release first and if they so desired the PC version can easily be out to market before the 360 version. That would be a total laugh riot.
KZ 2 looks freaking amazing but I fear the shock and awe effect might fade if they're gonna show off too many cool scripts. What Sony need to do now is place KZ 2 under a media blackout until release then blast the hype in Feb. Plus all this footage is seriously taking away from Resistance 2's thunder.
This game is looking totally boss. Other than the PC shooters there isn't anything that can come close to KZ 2 visuals. One thing I still can't get outta my mind no matter how often it's shown is how amazing the gun modeling looks. The blend of superb depth of view and super high detail modeling is simply untouchable. Its like gun p0rn heaven.
Just look at how good this gun look, that f@cking impossible.

Nintendo took the most risks. Their history proved that, everything from the Powever Glove to the Virtual Boy, they keep on trying and trying until they hit it with the Wii. Hate all you want but thats a fact.
