people want bigger hard drives, and people wanted an HDMI output. now it's there, what's the complaint? you wanted it all free?
am I annoyed mine doesn't have these features? yes, but I also didn't want to wait for a price drop, or for an updated system to play nextgen games on. People who bought HDtv's 5 years ago, didn't get HDMI, and paid more for their TV's. The first dvd player I bought was 500$, and didn't plav divx's, mp3's etc...however the same model next year was 100$...
blu ray and hddvd are useles, and most of those franchises are going multiplatform.
you will lose bubbles for saying something negative about the ps3.
they will need much more than this for me to get one, if the timing is right, maybe they will have a price drop in 2008 when some of the good titles start hitting.

the wii-mote is very innovative, the question will remain as to wether or not it will actually survive since there does not seem to be a lot of innovative games making use of it(other than sports titles) but I intend to get a wii as well.

I'm not against the ps3 in anyway as i'm a gamer at heart, i'm against the company that took a great gaming console and used it's name to sell another disc format. Also their arrogqance shows me they need to be taken down a peg or 2 and show some respect to their developers and their fans.

I mean I think damage adds to the realism, but fans of the series are already aware that the title just doesn't do that, so I don't think this will stop them from buying it. it may however stop non-turismo fans from hopping onboard.
