Well said.
Yeah, it's nice to see Sony making deals with third party devs. to net us PS3 gamers FREE games. This deal is nice, kinda like the free Medal of Honor: Frontlines I got with the new Medal of Honor PS3 version and Dead Space Extraction that you get with Dead Space 2 PS3 version.
I think the PS3 can last until a 2014 launch, honestly. And you know they'll treat the PS3 the same way as the PS2 has been treated. They make a version for both consoles usually.
I guess it's good to MS's intended audience with Kinect. lmmfao haha I SERIOUSLY hope this isn't MS's hardcore lineup for Kinect. haha
Yeah I saw the other cinematic on the KZ3 Single Player Demo. It's just amazing. It felt like watching a movie. PS3 exclusives keep raising that bar!
Well said!! Most people always say that all the PSP has is "watered-down PS3 games" but they fail to acknowledge that the 3DS is going to have the very same things. Both will have console ports, and BOTH will also have games built specifically for them. The thing is, if you're tired of playing the gazillionth Mario game, you might want to consider a PSP2.
I agree. I just hope most people see it like that and see all that's packed into the device and what it can do for a mere $50 more. I'm very excited for the new PSP2 and can't wait to get one in my hands this winter or following spring.
Yeah this news kinda sucks, but I can sorta understand their POV on what they're doing it. The PS1 games on the PS Store for playing on PS3 may be of higher resolution than what are going to be placed on the Xperia Play. In the end, I don't think the majority of consumers are going to care or use this as a selling point. They're just going to buy the phone cause it's a good phone, and many will buy this just because it has a control pad, something isn't that ubiquitous...
I'm very interested in the Xperia Play. I also hope it isn't carrier exclusive to anyone. I want it to be on all major wireless networks.
I'll say this. There's really no excuses left for people to say they don't want a PS3. Maybe it's a money issue for them. I understand that, but for you to be a true gamer, and say you don't like ANY of the 30 or so exclusive games for PS3, you're kidding yourself.
The Xbox 360 started off strong, with all the hardcore games on it, but NOW, aside from third party multiplat games, there's not much of a reason to go for a 360 over a PS3. Ther...
While I too would LOVE to have a PS4 right now with 1080p and 60fps standard for all games (hopefully 3d option standard too), 720 is okay for MOST people. Most people think the graphics right now are good, so there's no need to rush the leap to next gen systems. I think it'll play out like this: Nintendo first, MS second, and Sony third again.
What I'd truly like to see, though, is MS and Sony release their new systems the SAME year this time, so we can see w...
Oh yeah. I forgot about Ratchet:All Four One.
I don't see Sony allowing that PS1 emulator to be on Android market much longer.
This looks like an interesting title. Isn't this four player online co-op??
I understand all that but my point is that either everyone should be able to say it or no one should be able to say it. There shouldn't be a double standard.
(And the NAACP would sure like to get ahold of...hating me...Where are you. ... I's here in the wood pile watchin you... I's scared of the white man way down south....) Hilarious song.
Anyway, haha, the NAACP, or any other organization, can't stop people from using ANY word they so choose. 1st Amendment right to Free Speech prevents that.
I'm white, I'll admit, first off. Now the way I see it is that if you call yourself something, don't get mad if someone else calls you that. That's hypocrisy. If white people went around calling ourselves "cracker" or "honkey" (which are both white racial terms), then I'd say it would be stupid for us to get mad when other races call us that.
The same holds true here. Lots of black folks call each other nigga or nigger, either one,...
Well, I mean they've got games... just mostly multiplats and...shudder...Kinect games. lol Exclusives are quickly becoming a thing of the past for the Xbox platform. I think most Xbox people are banking on that Crytek game (Kingdoms) to be their next big hit like Halo. Sony's approach is to offer 10-15 big first party games per year instead of only a couple a year like MS does. That's the REAL reason why MS can brag about Gears and Halo selling so well. Gears and Halo mi...
Who says Sony won't have loads of cheap Apps just like the App Store. You really think when games like Angry Birds come to PS Suite that it's going to jump up in price to like $15-20? Most of the apps in PS Suite will be just like the iPhone's App Store, small cheap, affordable apps/games.
See, what's good about this PlayStation Suite is that even if the NGP were to fail (sales-wise), which it won't, this can be Sony's backup plan. By allowing PlayStation content on other devices besides its own, more people will be exposed to it and will be more likely to associate gaming with the PlayStation brand. They might then decide to get a PS3 over a competing brand since they're used to that brand name. If Sony opens PS Suite up to Apple's iPhone, they're g...
Man, can you imagine if Sony could get Steamworks and Steam client STANDARD on the PS3 XMB as a new drop down menu, where we could buy all our games digitally if we wanted. Then we could get the PC or Mac version with EVERY copy of PS3 version, unless it's a PS3 exclusive like Uncharted 2 or something, which isn't coded for PC/Mac use.
