I guess that's why Sony has so many first party exclusives. First party titles still reign supreme for sure. They allow devs. to pull all the power out of the system. Just look at KZ3 or Uncharted 3 for proof.
Doesn't really matter if it's only 160gb since most people won't even use that much space. This is a smart move by Sony I hope this bundle releases alongside KZ3's release.
There's definitely no shortage of PS3 games this year. LoL. Exclusive after exclusive keep rolling out. And I'm lovin it.
You won't have to activate it. Sony isn't dumb enough to do that just yet. It will become standard practice soon though with all games I have a feeling.
So how are you enjoying that newly built-in Wifi, built-in hard drive, and standard HDMI. I'm pretty sure Sony did all that first. LoL. All companies copy each other. It's all about the almighty dollar in the end.
Umm I must have missed where MS officially announced Kinect support coming to PC. Lol
I think it could attract more PC owners to buy a PS3. They might buy a Move bundle and play some PC games Then they might decide to get a PS3 to use the Move with all the wonderful first party Move-compatible exclusives. It looks like Sony is going to expand the PlayStation brand by allowing Move controllers to be used with PC and via PlayStation Suite where people can play select PS games on Android and other mobile platforms. Sony has been making some very smart decisions as ...
You did it and I agree. The fact remains that PS3 exclusives have the potential to easily make a multiplat look worse by comparison. Many people, however, will still downplay Versus 13 just because it's a PS3 exclusive. I for one, can't wait for a true FF next gen game, one that has towns, side quests, shops, airships, and a world map, things that used to be in FF games.
I don't know if MS will keep supporting the 360, though, man. They dumped almost all support of the Xbox, aside from Live, when the 360 launched. I don't think MS will support two consoles at once like Sony does. (PS2 & PS3) That's why I think it might play out like I said, where MS releases a new console at a higher price than the PS3 and drops 360 support like they did before with the original Xbox. If they do that, the PS3 sales will increase dramatically, and, by th...
I'm pretty sure the fact that you're so upset about his fanboy article makes you seem kinda like a fanboy too. haha It's cool. Everyone doesn't like the same things, everyone doesn't like the same console. End of story.
@DFresh below me. Well said, buddy. Things like that should be free for all XBL users, Silver or Gold. They can be gotten for free on a different console (cough* you know what *cough) or on the PC, yet people defend to the end...
One has reached it, and one hasn't. That's all I'll say. lol The games that have come out in the last year and coming this year prove my point. Just compare the exclusives for yourself.
Hear me out on this: If MS wants to keep up with Sony's exclusives, they'll be forced to release a new console with better specs. If they do that, it'll cost around $400 at launch (best guess). Then Sony keeps on selling the PS3 at $300 for now and drops t...
Hmm. 2 disagrees for wondering something. lol I guess I'll google it. haha I think some people on here like to just click the disagree button just for the hell of it.
The thing is the 360 almost has to, since it has a limited lineup this year. People will need a reason to buy one over the PS3, if they're into hardcore games, that is. If they're casual, they'll probably buy a Kinect equipped 360 regardless. The PS3 probably needs to do at least a $50 price cut, but it's not absolutely necessary since it has a killer exclusive lineup this year.
They both would benefit from price cuts. The 360 will probably always remai...
I just thought of something, does anyone know if the PSP2 will have rumble?? I haven't heard anything about that.
Yeah, I know right. lol Activision could easily stuff as many dlc map packs they wanted to on a bluray disc. They could put like 40 maps on the PS3 version if they so desired, but they won't because they're greedy, and mostly because they hate the PS3.
Yeah I'd rather have the physical version. And for those who don't know, or have been fooled to believe otherwise, All PlayStation 3 systems can play PS1 disc games!!! It's just some can't play PS2 disc games. Just so people know.
The Nintendo will sell do doubt. They could have just added 3D to their current DS and not upped the graphics whatsoever and it still would have sold great. Sony, for some reason, has a bigger problem selling its products due to people criticizing them. People saying stuff like "the games look too good for a handheld" or "No one wants to play PS3 games on the go." Lots of BS said about the PS3 when it launched and, now, the PSP2. I, personally love the graphics of...
Yeah, I'm hoping for at the most, $350 for the priciest model. I'm hoping for a $300 Wifi model and maybe $350 3G model. That pricing would be enough to let people know it's more premium than a 3DS, but not so astronomically high that it scares people off, including me. haha If there's a $300 or less version of the PSP2, then count me in. I'm truly praying for Sony to go price for price with the 3DS and have a $250 model version.
The good thing is if Sony decides to put it on PSN for like $10 or $15, it will make the disc version lose a bit of value, so you can get it at a reasonable price. Cause right now, a new copy of Tomba on ebay goes for like $80 or more.

My definition of milking is not sequels, but when they make games like Halo Wars (which sold by the name only) or Mario Kart, Paper Mario, Super Mario Smash Bros, etc. etc. etc. Too much usage of the same franchise names just to get more sales.
