lol smarta$$ haha You know what he meant.
Anyway, this PS branded 3DTV will definitely lure people who want a 3DTV but can't afford a $1000 TV. It's perfect as a gaming display, but I won't lie, I do kinda wish it would've been a bit larger, like maybe a 32".
I just can't get over how HUGE the controller is. And the rumor that you can only use ONE of those controllers per console just...sucks. Also, Nintendo stated they aren't going to have a huge focus on online services (so it'll be on a game by game basis mostly). I can't see how they're trying to get hardcore fans back by making huge (likely heavy) controllers and not putting a huge backing behind their online network.
Having said that, I'm still i...
Agreed. $40 is what it should be priced at. Oh well, haha. I guess people who are hardcore enough fans of God of War will still buy it. I won't though. Oh well.
PS Vita. Two hundred fifty U.S. dollars!!! haha Can't wait!
Umm, just so you know, the PS Vita is going to be backward compatible with all digital PSP games, as well as Minis and PS1 Classics from the PS Store. You just won't be able to play UMD-based PSP games, for obvious reasons. (There's no UMD drive.)
Yeah that would be taking it to the next level. Cross Game AND Cross Platform chat. haha
LOL It'll be there next week. "Nooot" (Borat voice) haha
I'll tell you what. I'll send you my copy after I've beat it and you send me $60. What you think? huh huh?? hahaha
Yeah, anyway, try to find the money or trade in a couple of old games like I did and get your hands on this game. It's pretty impressive, graphics-wise and, more importantly, gameplay-wise.
I truly like this guy's network and have been listening to the podcast for over 3 years now. It's a great site, people.
Listening to the podcast now!
Thanks or posting this, Blindmango!
I'm sure there will be a Move-supported Star Wars game sometime soon. It'll be much more accurate and won't be on-rails since there's a Navi controller.
I think on down the road Kinect will get a special controller for it, similar to the Move or Wiimote.
I never got to play Shadow of the Colossus. I guess I will though when I pick up the ICO/Shadow HD Collection this year.
Yeah, true. But they'd go a long way for some consumers to regain trust in the brand. It would make Activision at least "appear" to care about its fans.
They should give PC, PS3, and 360 dedicated servers. All three. No if, ands, or buts. They make WELL ENOUGH money to cover the cost, but they're just too greedy to do it.
Yeah, this title has my interest piqued. It might be on my radar. I've got to save all my money I can though for the Vita and a few games for it at launch. :) Happy gaming.
I laughed too. haha This is bad news. I couldn't make myself buy one of these if it's only one Wii U controller per console.
Might get one. It's definitely an attractive piece of kit at an affordable price. Would look good in my bedroom.
@BiggCMan
I don't see why you wouldn't be able to hook up your cable box. It's a TV, just a 3DTV.
LittleBigPlanet is one of the best games this generation. I can't wait to see what the community creates using the Move.
Awesome game. I bought it today. So many improvements over the first game. The graphics have been improved as well as the combat and powers.
I CANNOT wait for this game. It looks so unique and mysterious. It goes back to the days where all you knew of the world was what you could see with your own eyes and TV and the Internet were nowhere to be seen. I kinda wish it was still that way.
Day one buy. It's good to see the games aren't going to cost me a bunch. Can't wait to play this thing!
This sure is a good trend--seeing more and more PS3 games getting Move and 3D support. It's convincing me to buy a 3D TV soon.
I think Sony will wait until they can drop it to $200. I don't think they'll just go down by $50. That wouldn't be as big a deal as a $100 drop. Either way, though, now's a good time to buy a PS3 with all the great exclusives and third party exclusive content (Battlefield 3 and Bioshock 3 both come with 1 FREE game a piece. Awesome!).
