I never got to play the first game, but I picked this one up for PS3 and I love it!! My new favorite game of the last few years. 9.5/10 from me.

Yeah, maybe CoD will get those things when the next systems come out. Ahh, I doubt it. haha It'll be more shoot, die, shoot, die, infinitely repeat. lol
And that's why I feel much more confident to say that the PS4 will not follow in the footsteps of the PS3's launch. It will be priced right and easy to develop for. I guarantee it.
lol There's not many to choose from nowadays that aren't multiplatform. If want exclusive games, you gotta go Sony. I think MS are holding out on their exclusives for their next console (Xbox 720 or whatever it'll be called). Makes sense.
Where are my Versus 13 screenshots? lol That's what everyone really cares about.
Although, in real life, it would probably take more than one hit to kill someone, unless you got lucky. haha I'm sure if enough people complain about that, though, they'll change it.

I'd say it'll release on PS3, as planned. Of course I do hope that when the PS4 does come, we'll all be able to play Versus 13 on it, since it will hopefully be backward compatible with ALL PS3 titles. I hope the PS4 keeps the Cell architecture with 32 SPUs and 4GB of RAM, and an upgraded GPU from either Nvidia or AMD, etc. I hope it keeps bluray, but with a higher read rate of 8x or higher, and hopefully quad layer bluray capable (around 100GB+ per disc). I hope it allo...
All I can say is a $199 PS3 would definitely give the PS3 a HUGE boost for several months. If they drop it prior to the holiday season and market it well, they could have a couple of million-unit months.
It's doubtful MS will wait that long to release a new console. Sony won't even wait THAT long. Both the new Xbox and PlayStation consoles will be out by holiday 2014, I'm sure. 2013 is very possible though. I just hope both consoles stay around the $400 mark this time. I also hope they both launch in the same holiday season. Would make things super interesting.
They will have to if the PS3 gets one. Imagine if the PS3 cost $199. That's the uber sweet spot for pricing a console. Especially one that does everything(tm). lol

Please tell me one good reason why and how that makes it a good game. Just one reason. I mean, of course, it's good they sell alot to make their development money back, but to you and me, gamers, why should that matter? I'll probably end up getting MW3 if they go back to their CoD4 roots, back when it was pure fun and took more skill and not just calling in perks ...
This actually sounds good. I hope they emphasize more the players using guns against each other than having an airplane or helicopter above getting you like 10 or more kills each time. I liked how in CoD4 you had to EARN more of your kills and, while there were your occasional airstrike or helicopter, they were more easily taken down. And they didn't stay in the air for like 2 minutes like they did in MW2.
I hope more CoD people will start to play the U3 beta and just any other games in general. There's just so many people nowadays that stick that CoD game in their console and play that and ONLY that until the next CoD comes out. People need to realize there's other great games out there besides CoD.
If you look at this realistically, PSN has almost everything XBL has. It's not lacking but a couple things: Cross Game Chat and a Party System. And, if the PS Vita is any indication, both of those are coming in the near future. Then, one of these services is going to have some issues convincing people it's worth $60 a year. How can you pay for a service when the other one offers everything it does for free? That's the question.
Home has a lot of cool spaces now. If you've not been in Home lately, you need to go in there, like now. haha Home has sooo much potential and, the good thing is, all of Home will probably be transferred over to the PS4 and just continued on.
Is CoD dlc overpriced? Yes. An absolute and resounding yes! It wasn't too bad on CoD4 dlc where it only cost $10 for a map pack. But $15 is ridiculous. There's like 3 or 4 map packs for Black Ops so if you buy them all, you're gonna spend around $100+ for that game. That's insane!
It wouldn't be that bad if CoD dlc had some extra single player content to go along with the extra maps.
I don't know, man. If Apple were to enter the console market, at least you'd know that all iOS and OS X devices would "talk" to it and you'd be able to share all your iTunes content and Apps on it. Apple's ecosystem of devices all interact with each other better than many other companies' devices do. I think Apple could do well in the console market, as long as they get some hardcore games and not just casual games for it.
I personally hope they wait until next generation of consoles for GTA 5. I also hope they make it more fun and have more variety in things to do. They need to make GTA 5 more like GTA San Andreas or Vice City. Bring back skydiving, lifting weights, eating, getting fat, jetplanes, and controller-input cheat codes.

And about this story, I'll be glad when they get all these hackers that are resonsible for the PSN hacking. We (as gamers) don't need these people ruining our fun just for their own amusement. I want these hackers in jail so they can't hack PSN or XBL.
