Yeah, I've been wondering where that mouse and keyboard support went. M/KB support would make it super easy to create levels in LBP2. I hope they patch the support in. Honestly, I wouldn't mind if all PS3 games came with M/KB support as well as DualShock 3 and Move support, so that people can play the games no matter what their controller preference.
This reminds me of Kung Fu Live on the PS Eye. I bought it awhile back for like $15. Pretty neat since you can put yourself in the game. haha It's cool it works with a $40 camera. Both cameras on both systems are doing some cool things regarding augmented reality.
Yeah, the 100mb I get for Cloud storage through PS Plus is plenty. That's all they really NEED to give people. Most gamers won't hardly use that much.
This game is gonna be even better than Warhawk. No small feat. That game was amazing too. The space combat is going to be cool as hell. And, this one actually has a single player campaign. So many AAA exclusives, so little time and money to buy and play them all.
That's okay. Sony has given (and will be giving) us a few other MMOs with PS3/PC interaction. DC Universe, Free Realms, Dust 514, etc. (and The Agency one day maybe. lol)
I'm sure it'll be multiple discs.
Good price, but I'm getting that new Sony PS branded headset.

I'm just ready to start using a headset. I"ve been using the PS Eye as my microphone for far too long. lol
Edit: Oh, crap, I should have noticed the Xbox tag. Sorry, ...
That's great news. Since the developer kits are super cheap, more people will be willing to take a chance with the platform. We'll see the widest variety of games on any portable device--From the hardest of hardcore games to the most casual games and every type of genre of game possible.
@dragonborn,
Sorry, bro. Accidentally hit the "disagree". I meant "agree."
I hope the PS Vita is released in Spring of 2012 in the U.S. and Europe. At $249 and $299, and with all the features it has, it's really a steal. The best handheld I've ever seen. Dual Analogs, Front and Rear Touchpads (well the front is a touchscreen, but you know), front and rear cameras, SixAxis motion, etc. There's so much packed into it that developers will be able to do just about anything they can think of.
You can watch it via the PlayStation blog or via PS Home.
Wow!!! Space combat. Heck yeah!! I'm definitely buying Starhawk day one now. I swear Sony has got the exclusives on lock for 2011 and, most likely, 2012 too. All those first party studios are starting to really shine and come through for the PS3. The PS4 should have one hell of a launch with tons of great exclusives. I hope to see Gran Turismo 6, LittleBigPlanet 3, etc, as well as some new IPs when the PS4 launches (2013??).
As far as Gamescom goes,...
Yeah the Wii U needs to be priced at around $300. $350 max. That would be a good price to stay competitive with the PS3 and 360, whose prices might very well be $200 and $99 (respectively) by the time the Wii U comes out.
I fully expect the next Xbox and possibly the PS4 to be out in 2013 and I'm hoping their prices won't go any higher than $400, but $500 wouldn't be terrible. I just don't want to see another $600 console. Either way, I'm sure th...
Yeah, lol. Well, when I played it back in the day, I had cheated and got all the GFs, including the beast: Eden. (About wore the square button out tapping like a madman. haha) However, I still wasn't able to beat her. I beat her to the 3rd form. I never was able to kill her in her 3rd form.
But when I've been playing the PSN version, I've had to do it all by the book, no cheating. BUT, I still have the original strategy guide for the game and...
Too bad the name isn't going back to Squaresoft. You know, the days back when Final Fantasy games were awesome. Final Fantasy 8: You will always be my favorite game of all time!! Over 100 hours put in and I never was able to beat Ultimecia. haha Of course, I was only like 10 years old.
I rebought FF 8 via PSN and have played about 1/3 of the way through it again. Sooo much nostalgia. Squall is the man.
I seriously hope that Final Fantasy V...
Yeah, it's funny how some people at the beginning of this generation were saying that bluray wasn't necessary and was just a waste of money for the PS3. And now some devs. are really starting to utilize all that extra space. We're getting free games from a lot of EA games on the same disc (Medal of Honor.)
I hope that Doom 4 is as good as the old ones. It should be since they're saying that it's going to take up so much space.
While I agree that I like them supporting us with updates, that dlc was probably created sometime in the development process and left out to be sold as dlc. I would've much preferred it to be on the disc. I don't think it would've taken much space up for them to do it. I'm just tired of these companies releasing a game and then a week/month or two later there tons of dlc characters and stuff that you clearly know were done before the game was shipped.

lol I guess Kinect is at least good for kids, but we've yet to see anything on the hardcore side of things, aside from Forza 4 support.
OOps. lol I meant to say $200. haha Oh well. I hope they do go down to $200 and not just $250 though. Either way, PS3s are going to fly off shelves afterwards.
Can't wait to see more details for the Vita and possibly a PS3 pricedrop to either $250 or $300.
San Andreas. 'Nuff said. Now, bring this trilogy in HD on one bluray disc to the PS3 for $40 or so and I'll buy it up quick. I might buy this trilogy tho for my Mac and get me a gamepad to play it with. :)
