That's why I haven't gotten it yet. ME is one of my favourite franchises and I was really hoping Andromeda would be on par with the original trilogy and don't want to go into it knowing and anticipating all the problems with it. I'm waiting it out until it's properly polished up.

As amazing as the ps4 is having it at the moment I done think anything can beat that period on the ps2. There was just a constant stream of groundbreaking titles releasing one after the other. Some of my all time favourite memories in gaming history in those games, GT3, FFX, MGS2, SH2, DMC, Ico and especially GTA3. I love the ps4 but I don't think it could possibly knock the ps2 off the number one spot on my favourite consoles list. Great memories.
I don't think I've bought anything on amazon in about 10 years but found myself on it looking for a DS4 there a while ago. I remember being absolutely blown away by the start of that medal of honour game. I watched a playthrough on YouTube a while ago and it certainly hasn't aged well!! I'd love to see a current gen remake.
@timotim: I've watched a few streams of people playing the beta and even with compressed video it still looks amazing. If PD deliver the full game with a proper damage model this will be the closest thing to reality yet.
I just got a loan of it there last week off a friend and have played quite a bit. I couldn't give an honest opinion of it yet. At first I thought combat wise it was pretty good, using a lot of stealth, until I figured out the AI is absolutely moronic. If you just stop shooting for 20 seconds in the middle of a huge gun fight, enemies immediately presume you're not there anymore and go searching for you and you just pick them off as they all walk towards your location like brain dead z...

I had absolutely no complaints about combat in TW3. I don't know why so many people complain about it. But HZD definitely beats it for me in that department anyway. It's much tighter, fluid and some of the battles I just happened across were absolutely epic. The first time I came across a Thunderjaw, there were 2 of them together with a whole herd of tramplers. TW3 combat doesn't come close to any situation like that.
You know what? Zelda doesn't do it for me. I tried 3 different Zelda games over the years and I just couldn't get into any of them at all. But I'm not going to call Zelda the most over rated pile of crap ever, because I know that's not true. There's a difference between having an opinion and spewing bullshit.

Kudos to R* for the support they've given GTAO, but I'm with you. It kinda worries me that the next game might be more about online than sp. GTA is all about the sp for me anyway.
