Everyone seems to forget about internet access when the "all digital" topic comes up. Where I'm living I have access to 1,000mb fibre. If I drive 5 miles down the road there are places I can't get a 4g signal on my phone. A friend of mine bought TW3 on the PS Store the same time as me. I was in the game literally 10 minutes after starting the download. It took him 3 days to be able to start the game as he only has access to wireless internet where he lives. Until the day we ...
Not a hope of getting it in Dublin. We never get anything cool like this in the Republic.
"Other than the first chapter the story was dead"
IMO GG did an amazing job of world building and the story had me completely hooked with twists and revelations I didn't (and I doubt a lot of other people) saw coming. But you enjoyed the tutorial. Ooooohhhhhkkkaaayyyyyy!!!
Who in their right mind would buy this?? And agreed Gridknac, even if you were a millionaire it would still be hard to justify buying it. On the topic of the article though, you Yanks don't know how good you have it!! A 3 bedroom house for that price?? There are literally wrecks (I'm talking shells that need to be completely gutted and refurbished in its entirety) of houses selling for €300,000 and up in some parts of Ireland. And a Ford mustang will set you back the best part of €70,...
I couldn't care less about all the bull over having females or not in the game. It just looks like a Fortnite rip off and I think it's pretty lame they're using the BF franchise to try cash in on that market.
There were articles in last week's newspapers about some guy that was planning to marry his sex doll, so yes, it's already happening in a way.
You should've saved yourself the cash on the X1 and just picked up a second hand 360 for peanuts with that list of games.
@rainslacker: Yes, I'm sorry I didn't avail of the free replacements too but it wasn't until after the scheme ended that the rubber really started to come off mine. I've obviously had very bad luck with PS4 controllers, but even that aside I still don't think they're made very well. I have dualshock 2 controllers that have seen 1000's more hours of use and are in much better nick.
They said there's no plans for DLC, but like you, I'm still hoping too 🤞🏼I don't think I can wait for the sequel to get my fix.
It's not lies, it's because they fall apart after a few months so you have to go out and buy a new one!! 😂 Honestly though, the DS4 is without doubt the best controller Sony have designed but the build quality/materials are absolutely atrocious. The rubber came off the sticks on both my launch day controllers, my next one the USB board died so I couldn't charge it and my fourth controller the R1 button just stopped working. I'm now on my FIFTH controller!! It's my ...
A farewell of sorts to the PS4? Has the PS5 already been given a release window for early next year? And if you're assuming that, then all the other exclusives will have released before that time too, so we'll be getting Death Stranding and TLOU:2 before early next year? I don't think so.
Streaming a fast paced multiplayer twitch shooter like BLOPS?? With current average internet speeds I don't think that's going to work.
As much as I'd like to agree with you, I don't think either TLOU:2 or Ghost will drop this year. If they announced a 2018 release date for TLOU:2 at E3 I'd literally scream like a little girl, but I can't see it happening.
Even though I did relatively enjoy going through the game, yes, the A.I. is absolutely atrocious by today's standards.
Don't have that problem here either, on a day one base PS4. Any interface actions are practically instant for me. I do really wish Sony would fix the store though. Half the time I open it it just hangs on that God damn blue screen and I have to restart the console to get anything to load. Almost 5 years in to the PS4 life cycle and it still hasn't been fixed. It's so annoying!!
And the award for most annoying voice acting goes to.......
I'm with you on that bluefox. I think I lost interest in the Marvel films after Iron Man 2. The few films that I have watched after that, I had this feeling that I'd already seen it. They all use the same tired formula and even all the humour and action scenes seem exactly the same in every film. If you've seen one, you've seen them all.
I'll second that. It's rare for me these days to 100% games as I don't have as much time as I used to, but I plat'd GOW during the week after beating the Valkyrie Queen and I think I sat there for about 10 minutes after the fight staring into space pondering what I'm going to do now that I'd finished it. One of the few games in my lifetime I really didn't want to end.
I downloaded Fortnite, played for a couple of hours, then deleted. It's definitely not "all aboot Fortnite" for me anyway.
