do all your posts always have smiley faces?
because 360 has over three times the userbase. It doesn't make sense to even develop a PS3 eclusive based on those facts alone. Why make potentially 1/3 the profits. The only 3rd party exclusives you will most likely see on PS3 are frome Square or Konami bc Sony has paid them or Sony is blowing there skin flute. Why do you think you see such outrageous claims about Silent Hill 5(can only be done on PS3, Bluray is necessary.) Why would a third party toot Son'y horn unless they were being pa...
It actually made me laugh out loud (+) bubbles for you
Does that mean there will never be a PS4. The 360 and PS3 are both outdated already by PCs. Do you think technology never advances. You are a marketers dream. By the way, the world is flat because factor five told me.
developers trying to be sneaky and use propaganda. Just tell it how it is. The only ones who get excited are the 13 year old fanboys, and you know they don't have 60$ to buy a game. All it does is get their panties in a bunch....
Ubisoft for crappy "ports" to PS3 as every 3rd party developer seems to be having these problems. The cell processor is not optimized for gaming. You can look it up anywhere on the net. It is optimized for multimedia applications and Bluray imaging.......DIrect quote from developer
The same kind of outrageous claims were made with this Cell processor which is developed by IBM, Toshiba, and Sony. They claim this to be completely "revolutionary". It's not, ...
is because production costs have increased dramaticly with the transition to next gen gaming...and the profit has only gone down.....
Think about it last gen had an install base of around 150 million(just a guess) with all three last gen systems. With next gen right now....just over 20 million with all three next gen contenders. By the end of next year I don't expect any more PS2 support. So your basicly looking at around a 15%(now, maybe by the end of next year 25%) install base as ...
and take Toshiba head on.....dropping the PS3 to $400 and giving it a fighting chance. Obviously a $6oo dollar price point is too high to the average consumer. This decision would also benefit Sony as productions costs would be dramaticly reduced. The decision to include Bluray has crippled Sony and dethroned them.
i gave you bubbles
how someone checks disagree........Do you feel he is lying about his purchase?
a Samsung 50" DLP and I would say for overall price vs. the quality you won't find a better deal...This being on the low end of course.
that I also received that disturbing Email......and then shortly afterwards I was missing a bubble. Coincidence? I think not
dollars is definately a fair price......especially since at launch it was double that price. I definately think Toshiba will have great Holiday sales if they keep that rebate consistant, as the cheapest Bluray player is 600 obviously.
but I must say if you are pro-sony you seem to keep bubbles, anything proxbox and bubbles seem to disappear.....also the agrees and disagrees seem to be swayed in Sony's favor...Is this true?
Back on topic I do thing the new hardware looks pretty cool....
that the zune will never catch the Ipod but I'm sure it will find it's place in the market. My friend has one and I think the display is of much better quality than the Ipod.
that Drake should try out for "Dancing with the Stars", with over 3000 animations I think he could be a contender for #1 next season.
Sorry....Double post
they should give you a free PS3
and is not at all a gaming CPU. Actually if you would do your research you would know that when Sony started engineering the cell processor in a joint effort with IBM, they also started the R&D behind Bluray. This was about 4 yrs ago. The cell chip was designed as a number crunching photoimaging powerhouse specificly to play Bluray discs. The PS3 having Bluray is no bonus to the consumer and also is no coincidence. This has been Sonys plan for over four years to get royalties for all thei...
future proofing as the reason for the inclusion of Bluray is pretty much invalid. You can't futureproof technology. They are already working on new higher resoulution TVs that are over 16 times the resolution of 1080p, and resolutions will go even beyond that. Digital distribution will the new medium. I agree that Bluray nice, and I do like the technology. What I don't like is that it is being forced on the consumer just bc they like Sonys video game platform. Don't you think it is rath...
