That's a Terrabyte you're talking about. A traditional bit is 1/8th the size of a byte so a Terrabit would be about 125GB.
It wasn't Intel's fault that MS gave up the fight to hold to their standards of minimum required specs. MS, in the interest to keep good standing with a company that they can't really get along without, intentionally allowed the Vista capable stickers to be placed on computers that really weren't Vista capable in the end. Intel didn't force them with a gun to their heads to make this decision. Intel merely put up enough of a fight about it to make MS want to give in.

I could see this being used for lightgun type games where you're able to look around by using the location of your head. Then if they get really industrious they could track two heads at the same time for a 2 player game.
"Microsoft’s monopoly power is dissolving, and its ability to create anti-competitive partnerships and exclusive alliances is also falling apart. Its hardware partners have been led on wild goose chases with WinCE, desktop Windows, PlaysForSure, and now HD-DVD, leaving alliances with Microsoft looking more like charity exercises than business decisions."
They really do need to refocus on getting their base business fixed by putting out a quality OS.
Didn't they say that they made the HD-DVD drive an addon because they wanted to give their customers the choice? What about the choice in getting a BD drive for the 360? I seriously doubt that they'll have a pity party over HD-DVD forever and they'll release one soon. I'm betting at least before Christmas rolls around.
That's right! I totally forgot about how he trashed the PS3. I can't remember exactly what he said. Do you have a quote about anything he said about the Blu-Ray drive?
It's all good dude. :)
for everyone that's outside of the US that makes, literally, "the world" of difference when it comes to the movie industry.
Are you ready for it?

Where is Hollywood again?
Game over, man!

It's a pretty good question. If Power of Blu isn't going to use the new triggers because he's fine with the controller as is then why does he care that this is being sold at retail? It is his opinion and if he wants to be able to keep telling everyone what his opinion is then he needs to do it in a way that doesn't make someone else's opinion seem like it's wrong. If someone else has problems with the triggers so much that they'd be willing to buy this then how does that affect Power's eve...
If you're an IT person at your workplace then these are the reasons that you need to start screaming at the top of your lungs why you can't support the iPhone through your company's network. The iPhone will drive you mad if you're a Network Administrator or just a general IT guy at your work. Literally.
Are they really the HD versions of the movie or are they just upconverted to fit on the HDTV?
There's an unofficial boycott of Gamestop for their shifty game selling practices. All gamers everywhere are to stop buying games from them and start buying from regular stores that actually stock the games that they sell without having to preorder them like Target and Walmart and the other normal stores like that.

I believe your response would be the definition of irony. Very funny. :)
Warhawk has no problems with lag or warping or anything unless you're playing on a crap server that has a crap connection. If that's the case then just move on over to a Sony server. Sure they had problems with rank resetting and such but it turned out that it was a software problem and not a hardware problem because they released a patch that fixed those problems. You can't release a patch for hardware problems.
I don't know if this is Mark Rein's plan or someone else over there at Epic but they are essentially forcing Microsoft's hand in the situation here.
"CN: You're saying that Sony understands and they're really into it. This isn't going to be happening down the road on the 360 version, will it? Or can it?
MR: We'd like to. That's one of the challenges in figuring out how to bring this game to the 360. Right now, Xbox Live is a closed system, so when we finish...
the way I understand it is that it's in closed Beta now and will be in open Beta probably a month or two before it officially releases. There'll be a lot of noise on gaming sites about it when they go into the open Beta phase.
Why would you own a game store and not order games for stock to sell them? People don't always want to preorder because they might be on the other side of the town from where they live or work and it would be out of their way to go back to that store and pick up your game. Not to mention what would happen if you've preordered a game and your store happens to be the last one to get their shipment in. There's nothing they, or you, can do about that but you're the one that's screwed because t...
when did the PS3 version get delayed to 2008? I thought it was still slated to come out before Christmas.
"We recommend looking at screenshots, trailers and reviews and getting familiar with the content, so that you can talk with your kids about your concerns.
If you decide to buy or rent the game, watch your child play until you feel comfortable with his/her response to it. Ask him to teach you something about how to play; most kids welcome the chance to do this. If your child seems angry or upset after playing GTA IV, or is playing for long hours by himself, reconsider your ...
