Who knows, but sounds amazing. basically a pro controller with gyro that can be taken on the go or used without the screen for "regular controller". I hope this one is true. Maybe this is finally when we get gamecube games on the eshop, with a specific gamecube attachment and played on the go.
True, also people seem to not notice that so many of these franchises have actually been around for this long. Regardless of how some view these long standing franchises, what other companies can say they have franchises for 30+ years and are still selling. Not many.
That's one thing about the Nintendo e-shop that I think is fantastic. In order to give a star rating for a game, you have to own the game. In order to comment on Miiverse, you have to own either a Wii U or a 3DS. Seems more consistent honest reviews that way.
My feelings exactly. I'll also add that if the let's play doesn't have compelling commentary along with it, I'm not interested at all. I generally come for the commentary and not necessarily the game. I absolutely hate when the video is just game audio and nothing else. that's just stealing to me.
I should make a game called fanboy simulator where you win by swaying public opinion and take a company down.
I think it is pathetic that someone would spend all this time making this game, when they could just as easily made their own game. Doubly pathetic to spend this much time on something without have ANY right to do so. What did they expect was going to happen. Its like not asking your parents if you can go to a party simply because you know they would say no, then complain about getting in trouble.
I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with the partnership with DENA, which created Miitomo, but fits in nicely. I'm definitely curious what will be next. Rumor is animal crossing or fire emblem themed.
Why should they change? If these people wanted to make this game, then maybe they should have checked if it was OK first. That's just dumb to expect any different. Nintendo is doing what they should do here, which is protect the integrity of their own games.
It doesn't harm anything? Just like freely allowing youtube walkthroughs, it is difficult to quantify the impact of this game existing. Does it help, that's questionable, but ultimately up to Nintendo ...
Why must you qualify it? Just to downplay the success? No other company has a viable handheld, why should it not be included?
Just to pull in more haters. Happens all the time.
Yet it still is the same controller. So basically the "standard" controller is perfection...I think not. So the only innovation we can ever expect going forward is better comfort and feel? Sad.
I would be extremely happy with eshop credit.
Since I already own most of the games, there isn't much for me. I actually prefer the digital promotion that came with the system. So much potential nust sitting there. I know its free, but I don't see the point.
Different styles highlight the fact that the games are not direct sequels of one another. That's one reason why assassins creed became stale.
Very proud of you. An actual coherent, well written response. I take back some of what I've said about you.
How original.
Excellent article. Well said. You clearly gave these games a fair shake.
Sorry, Didn't realize that posting on the article would appear here too.
According to what...other n4g trolls besides you that didn't give it a chance
Excellent article. Control options are ok, but don't dumb down the game for it. For starfox, "regular" controls would have degraded the experience. Pikmin 3, mario kart, splatoon all had control options which were good since those games made sense. Skyward sword also wpuld not have been the same game.
People should learn to keep their backlog unpurchased until they are ready to play. That would help a little bit.
