i wasted my money on fragfx. and while my aiming was better, my movement wasn't (worth noting i don't play fps, i bought it for MGO which is TPS not FPS, so it can kinda be my own fault). i was shooting faster, but also died way more often from the angles or by cqc. after 1 week of trying to get accustomed with mouse i simply went back to regular controller.
i really don't know if experience in FPS is any better with frag, but in TPS both, feel and play simply suc...
i stand corrected about LBP and GT. neither interests me, so that's why i forgot them probably.
"lame game (personal opinion)" was ment as me saying halo is lame as all fps are for me personally. i still stand that halo sells so well simply because majority of the crowd on xbox are shooter fans. since ps3 has more diversified crowd types, achieving sales as halo is hard. at least until GT hits the streets.
Tomb Raider is action-adventure. Uncharted 2 is a mass murder with some platforming (remember words of the last boss).
in MGO? kinda doesn't work and MGO is part of MGS4
and mk22 still classifies as gun. guns and killing are not mutually dependent.
now name one good (exclusive) non-shooter which received press attention from Sony. i'm a biggest fan of ps3, but this jab was pure nonsense. As a fan of almost everything but shooters, i couldn't disagree more. Nothing but "Hollier than thou"
Demon's souls? Valkyria Chronicles? Folklore? Did those games receive any press, except filling the time gaps between shooters and there were no other shooters at hand? hell, sony didn't even wanted to risk pub...
until i saw this video. now its on "maybe when i get used and cheap" list. this and Enslaved demo are both kinda disappointing.

if it plays like demons souls, i couldn't care less about its name
and multiplatform only means more people online. it is not like game was any graphical/sound breaktrough to be compromised by 360. nor did it fill bluray
if only they keep regional servers (to keep players meeting without lag) and game plays as demons souls i'm buying 2 again just like original.

but... hell, yea for multiplatform. only... if they keep the regional servers (and not stick australians with eu this time). regional servers were a god fucking bless, absolutely no lag in 95% of duels on eu servers. it only means one can invade more people without many tries.
do not misjudge my comment as racist, please. but, ping time from eu to america is simply too damn slow for games to be no lag 1:1. and demons souls in 1:1 ...

team ICO is the only thing that keeps me puffed and happy about this show. beside team ICO, nothing comes even distantly close to demons souls.
i will buy a lot of games on this show, but more or less in waiting of the real thing like demons souls 2.

i'm a proud 3xps3 owner with around 100 games and not even the least intention of buying xbox even if it was free.
game looks great, multiplatform or not.
btw. i'm disputing "lame", word "spinoff" is correct. same people are saying spinoff about MGS2. and it also is different genre. MGS is "stealth action game"...
well said, i'm thinking exactly as you. and no metal gear could be as bad as having no metal gear. game was awesome in each incarnation.
if anything else, playing as raiden in MGO was my absolutely favorite feature.

i only care if games are good and since i hate FPS, best use for xbox for me would be using it as paper weight. so... sony is my choice as it has lot more non FPS exclusives.
i would care if sales figure would promise me demons souls 2 or any other game i'd like to see sequel made (like HS). but, since it doesn't... who cares.
