it was few times now when i was in multiplayer and my controller went off so i ran and plugged it in (my own fault i know). it is so damn hypnotizing it is hard to explain. and you can't hit anything;)

do you really care? i don't, i'll buy games while using ps3. but, i would really like decent multimedia player (especially audio) for ps3. homebrew player or linux is one thing i'd use for multimedia. but, like it seems hell will froze before ps3 gains one single thing i'd like.

as a developer my self (and knowing a little about rights), i can tell you suing them will fail. first of ps3 is end product not development model so EULA wont fly. unless they prove they loan it to you, not sell. EULA was never proven in court, but it failed badly 3 times now.

nope, he wont. i'm willing to bet he doesn't need to pay anything to lawyers. this is high profile case where lawyers mostly see the clients from constant media reporting on it. it is far larger benefit to take case like that pro bono and rip benefits later.
