i'm from europe where we pay as much euros as dolars in US. exchange rate is about 0.75. and why did i buy ps3 day 1 for? simply, for their linux promises which were promoted as new holly grail. and ps2 compatibility. 699eur was 932$.

shame, i'd settle for uc2 quality with uc1 gameplay and sprint option.
i'd be much more interested in seeing cleaner fights from uc1 in uc3 than uc2 exaggeration. although some sprinting wouldn't hurt (if they also add severe aim shaking for a sec or two when you stop to balance reality a bit). at least in single player. graphics in uc2 were too awesome already, so i don't see benefit in improving them.

the only interest i have with this hack is using my old ps3 which has backward compatibility for 60 or so ps2 games i have (all bought, none pirated). bluray died and service cost which was reported back to me is insane, if i add 20eur i can buy slim. i'd play them with my original ps2, but that one produces strange artifacts on my sony bravia lcd (picture is so annoyingly grainy it is not true).
