Wow seriously? All these disagrees for the people who liked the idea of Platinum developing the game? I mean haven't they already proved themselves to be one of the best action game developers with titles like Madworld, Bayonetta and Vanquish?
"Ok so just watched it, and being a huge fan of MGS games, I'm not impressed. Platinum Games make games with great gameplay, but their stories ALWAYS suck..."
Rising was never intended to be a pure Met...
Wow! thanks a lot for the link and have a helpful bubble :)...
"If you’ve got any taste and aren’t drunk, you probably don’t really want a kebab..."
One of the worst intros ever...
Not to mention it's just a launch title. For God's sake this game is the Resistance: Fall Of Men of Vita. Imagine what we'll see in a year after Vita's release if Uncharted: Golden Abyss is looking this good.
Chase him...
"And I never buy games new so and I never buy online passes.
That means I will never get the uncharted 3 plat because of 1 trophy and I honestly don't care."
Yeah... or you can wait for a year or wait for christmas sales to get the game for 30-40 bucks and maybe even less than that and support the developer in the process instead of bitching about something that's becoming a norm one way or another?
You are the single biggest lesson in terrible birth control.
" According to Mass Effect 3's lead writer Mac Edwards..."
It's Mac WALTERS... I honestly can't understand these retarded journalists nowadays...
"the launch titles list is weak"
LMFAO! Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Wipeout 2048, Unit 13 (which looks amazing), Little Big Planet, Modnation Racers. I mean come the f*ck on. What more can a gamer expect as launch titles? All of those games are coming with sh*t ton of content that'll keep you occupied for months. But I think he was expecting a fully featured Metal Gear Solid, Call Of Duty and a Grand Theft Auto game as launch titles because all of the greatest syst...
" Its really a horrible experience from SP perspective"
I disagree. Singleplayer was short but really great. Especially the way the finale handled. Multiplayer however was and still is a trainwreck. Can't believe DICE made such a crap multiplayer mode that's a cross between Call Of Duty and Battlefield.
That wasn't very pro...
How about trying out your entire dress collection without wearing them? And here we are after one and a half years later since that trailer and none of that stuff happened. It's really sad to see how companies are becoming more deceitful with each new generation...
It's sad that v5 isn't any better than previous versions. Hopefully v6 can topple the classic "it's Bioware they ruin everything" and "it's going to be a good TPS game" bullsh*t and give us something new.
I recently prestiged and reached level 20 in one sit (less than an hour) by keep playing Pike's Basin hideout. It approximately gives 7.2k XP if you do it alone. Takes about 6-8 minutes or so tops. You can easily get to level 50 in the course of 4 days if you play like an hour each day believe me. I first got to level 50 from nothing during last week's triple XP event. It should be much easier now.
I actually got to level 50 from level 1 in less than 2 days during last week's triple XP event on PSN. I think I'll pass into legend mode (prestige) and then get to level 50 again. It was really fun to raid bandit camps and earn tons of XP. I wish GTA IV supported this too. It's much more painful to get to level 10 in GTA IV than getting level 50 in Red Dead during non-special times.
"That's a good point. Next gen is around the corner and will most likely be launching the same year as the Vita."
Not going to happen. At least not with PlayStation 4 or the next Xbox console. Wii U is coming but it's hard to consider it as next gen since other two will obviously crush it again. The next gen will most likely start around mid to late 2013 to early 2014. It'd be stupid to release new consoles since both PS3 and Xbox 360 are doing extremely...
So it only takes to make an overpriced piece of junk to be considered as a video game rockstar? Cute. When Terraria kept adding amazing stuff and only costed 10 bucks, Minecraft was struggling with issues and costed 20 euros eventhough it didn't have half of the stuff Terraria had and with 1.1 patch, it'll put Minecraft to the ground once and for all with 222 new items and 35 new enemies and 5 new high end bosses. But of course there's no way to make the sheep who bought the game ...
It's kind of a mix of both Heavy Rain style QTE's and parts that require point and click style puzzle solving.
Add Snake's work for Philanthropy too. We still have no idea what the hell happened between Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2 other than the fact that Snake defeated more than enough Metal Gear prototypes around the world...
