If you mean the 3 leaked ones, as far as I know, they're not all there is. There are 4 more endings but people are saying that they're just slightly altered versions of the leaked 3 (kind of like the DA: Origins' endings). And honestly, if they are "fans" they'd know that the endings doesn't matter. The journey that takes you to there does. I mean if I just watched MGS 4's ending, I'd be pissed too. But since I've played through the whole game, I know...

And how is ME 3 going to kill the franchise? Are you talking about the RPG aspects that Bioware brought back in mostly different forms from ME 1 (level cap is back to 60, more skills and more skill points to spend, numbered gun models are back as permanent upgrades, weapon customization is back and better than ever and more than 20 weapons (5-6 of each type). Or are you talking about the people who bitch about the "three leaked endings"?
Same goes for ME 2 demo. But if you've played the whole game, you'd know that's not true. And same goes for ME 3. Hell even more than it did for ME 2. People wanted more levels and skill points to spend, both are back (level cap is AT LEAST 50 but most likely will be 60 and there are identical amount of skill points to spend like ME 1). They wanted more weapon variations and weapon modding and they're back and better than ever. You still don't get the same amount of weapon...

Not possible. Either a certain amount of crew members live (minimum non-bugged amount is 2) or everyone dies. It's not possible for just Shepard to survive after losing every crew member till the ending. Though you can kill Zaeed at the end of his loyalty mission after you've completed the Suicide Mission which leaves you with only 1 squadmember.
