No, but that would be nice.
It's so annoying that people feel the need to make a competition out of EVERYTHING. Especially here in America, where you're BOMBARDED with that competitive mentality pretty much the moment you're born.
I'm almost exclusively cooperative multiplayer now. I just have more fun playing with my friends than against them.
The implications of the business model for this game frighten me. A real world auction house and a constant connection? *shiver*
I've been looking forward to this game for like a decade, but I just don't know if I can get behind that.
They're just mad that Joustin Beaver is better than anything Justin Bieber has ever done.
This is the greatest thing that anyone has ever created in the history of man.
I get real depressed when I hear Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, so...ever done a study on crappy pop?
^ I agree with this man.
Anything generated from a source of inspiration that can be interpreted subjectively, is art.
If you have to define "art" as a purely subjective concept (which I think everyone does) then there can't really be a boundary for what qualifies as art. It's simply an outpouring of human creativity and technique. There is art that you may dislike. There is art that comes from perhaps a less virtuous source of inspiration, ...
Yeah, I just realized that I've done the same thing pretty much this whole generation through.
Most of the time gaming wise, the only thing you're going to see are faster initial load times. Benchmarks have indicated that real-time performance is largely unaltered by SSD's.

Dear god. How could that even have been a consideration?
The performance boost is not worth the price yet for me. RAM is really where it's at for games right now anyway.
There are obviously some..."confusing" design choices, but other than simply adding the functionality of a second nub, it really does make the 3ds feel better in the hand. Don't get me wrong when I say this, I love my 3ds, but it's probably one of the most uncomfortable handhelds I've ever used. The CCP makes it feel a lot better.
Not even close to a definitive list, but fun to go through all the same.
This truly is the most important story in gaming right now.
Perhaps you misread, or more probably, mentally blocked the bit when I mentioned that there WAS a small outcry. There is ALWAYS a small outcry when developers release day 1 DLC.
This is just a more egregious example of a practice that was already pissing people off.
I'm sure most people, myself included, assumed it would be some weapon and armor skins and maybe a small superfluous character that has little to no bearing on the storyline. Though I'd like to just add that if you actually go back, there WAS a small outcry when it was announced. It's just been amplified to the point of protest now that the content has been revealed.
Yeah, it's ridiculous. It easily would have passed as a plot twist in the main storyline.
And then they have to gall to try and convince us that a character as surprising and important as that was NOT intended to be included in the standard game?
That's total BS.
When you get down to brass tacks, it doesn't matter whether or not the content is ultimately essential to the main storyline. Taking content out of a game and monetizing it is unethical.
If by "deep stories" and "mind****'s" you mean narratives involving the perpetual raping of ambiguously aged girls, then yes, your assessment is accurate.
There's nothing wrong with nostalgia, but a lot of times I feel like people let it get in the way of progression.
I mean, I still love playing OoT, and it's STILL my favorite game of all time, but at the same time I understand that the game has aged. For instance, things that didn't bother me in OoT (like the lack of voice-overs, the hand-holding, and the easy difficulty) have begun to bother me over the years in the more recent iterations because it's simpl...
Look, I honestly don't mind people disagreeing with me, but it would be nice if those people would at least ATTEMPT to explain themselves. The whole "agree/disagree" thing is totally bogus if you simply use it as a Facebook-esque "like/dislike" button.
I mean, as it stands, all I can really assume is that people disagree that the business model frightens me...which pretty much boils down to: "this guy is obviously lying about being frightened of ...
