And the title of the article is, "Police: Teens Beat Neighbor to Death for Xbox."

Well, I don't really think they should be compared, but since it's happening anyway I will say I prefer Motorstorm to Pure. To be fair though, pure isn't my type of game. I don't like the stunt system or ATVs.
In it's defense. The PS3 version isn't bug free either. I nor anyone I know has had any problems with freezing though.
I don't think third person shooters need to die out. I just think the whole genre needs a revamp. First Person Shooters are evolving a lot faster. Gears of War did a great job introducing a near flawless cover system into TPS. If the genre had more companies bringing new things like that then it would be a lot better.
In terms of Socom, I am undecided. I might as well buy it since it's damn near free if you add the headset price too it, and the game isn't bad by any means so I co...
I'm more of a fan of GH's setlist, although there are a few songs I am jealous of on Rock Band. I am going to wait for GH though and I will get just the RB game if I get bored with GH songs.
After playing the Motorstorm demo today, I am in love. I'm downloading Pure right now, but I don't have high expectations. This is mainly because I hate ATV's and I think the trick system looks stupid.
It may be the best FPS game ever made... we will have to wait and see on that. But I haven't really seen anything that makes me think it will revolutionize the genre. The genre doesn't really need a revolution though, and doing so would be hard anyway.
These boys should be microwaved to see how they like it. Sorry if you think that's a little harsh, but if these punks did that to one of my cats and I caught them... then they would be in for a worse experience.
