I own a ps3 and I'm not wetting my pants over these games. Sequel, sequel, sequel. I honestly probably won't buy any of them, I'm much more excited about stuff like Vanquish.
Things have been back & forth all gen, this is just a sign of real competition. It'll make MS work harder and hopefully they'll get their s**t together next year. I'm not about to throw my 360 out the window just because I might have an extra game or 2 to play on my ps3.

I own both. I'm not worried about the 360. I don't know if you own one but if you don't I don't see why you care. Frankly I'm more interested in some upcoming multiplats than anything from either camp at this point.
I think an exclusive Mass Effect spin off series on PS3 would have been an absolute megaton. It's cool that ME2 is on PS3 but honestly it's a port of a year old game, 360 owners have already moved on.
A recap might be good enough for some people but it's like starting the Star Wars trilogy with Empire. It's easy to say that the first game doesn't matter but until you've put the time in and had to pull the trigger on some tough decisions, the story and characters lose alot of their appeal and emotion.
I'm not trying to downplay the impact of ME2 being on PS3, it's awesome, it's simply that my love of the games wants me to see everyone enjoy the f...

How much more profit are developers going to lose now that Sony seemingly has made 3D and motion control mandatory for their games? S**t isn't free, developing 3D and motion controls is gonna cost devs a few bucks to implement.
edit-it's kind of an unspoken "mandatory". is it merely coincidence that all their 1st party devs are looking into 3D and Move support?
IO can't do a sequel to Freedom Fighters but they can make a terrible sequel to a game only 2 people truly enjoyed to begin with. Amazing.
