Kojima is mind-numbingly overrated. I don't mistake absolute gobbledygook for "complex storytelling". There, I said it and I'd say it again.
Not good enough, you've gotta start bricking the g-damn things so they can't play any games period. Render their console utterly useless, same goes for Sony. Start hitting them at $200, $300 a pop and maybe people will start thinking twice. If you don't play online games this isn't a punishment.

I doubt it. Personally I only recognize the introduction of foreign chemicals into the body such as drugs, cigarettes or alcohol as legitimate addictions because they literally rewire your brain. I think things such as games, gambling or overeating fall into the "oh just stop it" category. I can go weeks without playing a game, I wouldn't dare compare that to alcoholics or smokers who literally need their fix to function. That's just irresponsible and making excuses.

My tastes don't lean towards popular titles very much.
Yearly games like this shouldn't be $60 anyway. When you put full effort into it then maybe it'll be worth full price.
That looks really nice. That level of detail with that many characters onscreen is pretty impressive.

My thoughts exactly. I don't hate the game per se, I hate the cheap noobs who ruin the fun. Cod 4 was great, all the overpowered cheap crap in MW2 killed it.
