It must just be me but when I start a match the last thing my instincts tell me to do is start sprinting around and blind firing. I usually have a buddy and we try to find a choke point and then proceed to try and win the round. I just don't understand why people feel that finding a good spot, working as a team with your mates is a bad thing. Constantly running is the epitome of ADD.

The dev does not want this to be an easy game. They do not want you to be able to get help from other people. In DS, you could not invite friends, you had to accept whomever came in your game. They might help you, they might kill you, you never know. That is the whole point to this series. Trust no one and constantly second guessing your actions.

I kinda liked R1 but I did not really care for R2. I am more of a Elder SCrolls, Infamous, Fallout type of gamer but I picked up R3 on Tuesday just to check it out and it is really, really good. Astoundingly good. You should check it out, Ultimate. It really is a great game. I am super impressed.

I believe he said you will be able to "adjust" the controls to be more sensitive. I take that as the controls will be just like BF2BC but can be adjusted if you prefer...at least I HOPE that is what me meant.

To be fair, Homefront was a steaming pile of crap. I mean, reeeeeally bad. If DI was SP only (no coop) it would not be doing nearly as well. The coop with friends is a total blast.

I cant even imagine the backlash if skyrim was not open world.

You can play it. It just takes patience. Go slow, observe, learn. This is old school gaming on current gen systems. Awesome.

Anyone learned more about the MP aspect? Is it like DS? Can we join a friend? Inquiring minds want to know!

100% agree. I even have my code from getting all the glyphs on their website. I am super stoked to drain a few weeks into this and then Skyrim. These two games are literally going to steal my Fall and Winter away from me.

That doesn't make sense. The GAMEPLAY is great but some games have cut scenes that are not so you say play Tetris?

I hate country music and if it is playing in a Porche I want to drive I am not going to NOT drive the car, I am going to turn off the stereo and enjoy the car the way I want to. It is just his opinion. I actually agree. Cut scenes rip you out of the game and more often than not, your character is doing all this stuff that you cannot actually do when you are ...

There are very few games I don't mash the start button during a cut scene. I don't play games for a story I play because I enjoy the gameplay mechanics and the graphics. I couldn't tell you what the latest MGS was about. I don't care. I am not sitting through a 20 minute cut scene.

When a game comes out that looks really cool I do give them a chance. Deus Ex being the most recent example. I watched them until I got to China then skip skip skip. I want to PLAY ...

I think I am the only person on the planet who did not like the overall look to the first game. I wish I could use a MIB flashy thingy and be told I love it. Game play was pretty cool but I just couldn't get into the Wile E Coyote graphics.

We all have our preferences but I live for open world games. It can seem overwhelming but that is because most games have trained you to "stay the course". In Bethesda games, you do the opposite.

After a couple hours of feeling like a little worm on a big fucking hook, it hits you; you can go anywhere and do anything. At that moment, the epiphany you feel makes you wonder how you can ever run down a hallway again.

I know, right? From what I have seen this is a huge step forward from Oblivion. Taking parts of all their greatest open-world games and mixing it all up into this 300-we-then-stopped-counting hour epic saga of a story that actually will have me NOT skipping cut-scenes.

These articles make it seem like someone picks a platform to play on and then they are stuck with that forever. It's ridiculous. People make choices. I've had gaming PCs, I own an xbox and a ps3. I am not "freaking out" that some system has a game I cannot play. If the library warrants it, I save my money and buy it.

I only go for the ones in games I like. Ho hum games I could care less. When I pop in Infamous, Gears or Uncharted I go for every single one. I enjoy hearing the sound, I enjoy the feeling I get when I accomplish a task in a game I enjoy playing and I enjoy looking at my gamercard and reliving them. It's a sense of accomplishment.

It would be like NOT giving out trophies at sporting competitions. No ribbon or cup. Can you imagine if after the NHL finals they just said, &...

Well, as a male, I can honestly say that when I was 15 (a loooooong time ago) I prayed that something like this would happen to me. I had a neighbor who was always letting me mow her yard and would come out in a bikini and bring me lemonade and stuff. Funny, when her husband was home she never said boo.

I would have loved if I had the sense to just grab her and take her inside but at 15 I was self conscience. I wish she had just done it. Man, I would still consider it a high...
