If it's such a big deal for you then don't buy it. The milions that do won't really care I think! I know I'll get disagrees fot that but, every one here always say it's gameplay over graphics... only when it suits their needs. Didn't GT5 had like 800 of 1000 cars recycled but no one seemed to care. I know it's not the same category of game... But c'mon, for recycled buildings in a war game it's like the end of the world... Really?
Well, at least it's nice to know I'm not the only one thinking that! I was begining to question my tastes in video games lollll. As for the online portion... I'm not an "online" player, so I couldn't care less. But it seems to have issues...but what game doesn't?
I don't know why everyone (almost) plays this game and loves the series except people here on N4G... Why?
Is it "trendy" to dislike a popular game? And evrytime a BF games comes along it supposed to be so much better than CoD but ends up being slightly disapointing. But before it's released it's all BF this, and BF that, that it's so much better than CoD!

I've recently played Killzone 3 campain and really enjoyed it despite what most revewers said. And, to me, Deus Ex campain was awesome. And the Halo campains as well....

And not because of it's inconstency or because it took 5 years to make to only get 20% new stuff and 80% low res cars? I would've taken 500-600 premium cars instead of Kart Kacing and NASCAR...
And what exactly is "GT5 Quality"? It got low scores because it felt and looked unfinished...

You've probably never been to a Forza thread!
Got it yesterday and it's awesome. The way the career is built is very fun. And as oppposed to the other "sim", to not name it here, don't want to start a war :)... you don't have to race the same race over and over again to raise your level in order to advance to other races. It looks beautiful, plays nice, good sense of speed. Yep, Forza won me over this generation.
Oh I forgot, dammage is there from the begining!
Seems that night driving, weather, 80% imported cars from previous GT titles were not enough to prevent it from getting the lowest score of all GT titles in the series...
So please don't try to convince me it's the best racing game ever just because weather effect were in it. In project gotham 4 there was snow... does that make it a better game? No!
Keep a narrow mind like that and you'll be missing a lot of good games!

C'mon, GT5 has the lowest average of all GT games!!! It's far from being king of anything. GT3 was when it came out. Poly realy needs to step up their game next time around!
The only "old" console I still play.... A lot of "classic" games on the N64... I think that most of the big hits of this generation will be forgotten before the N64 hits! Time will tell...

But I'm from Quebec. And Manon Rhéaume was a backup goalie in Quebec major junior hockey league in which she barely played. Her being drafted by Phil Esposito was a lot more seen as a marketing strategy then because she deserved it... Nobody understood why she was being drafted back then as opposed to more deserving goalies...
