“Vastly” more 120fps titles? List them. And PS5 can also have unlocked framerates - the Series X isn’t worlds away from it in any capacity.
“The bigger picture” is that these consoles are as close in power as consoles have ever been and unless you’re running a monitor/TV with VRR capabilities, the Series X runs at a higher res (albeit, marginal, as the article states) that sacrifices performance (where the PS5 shines).

PlayStation consistently outsells Xbox and has higher rated games. Both facts and relevant things when comparing these two companies.

PS4 was nowhere close to as bad as PS5. I could walk into a store by this point in the PS4’s life and buy one. It’s comical to even try to compare it.
I’m also seeing a trend - whenever we hear of better PS5 versions, folks like autobotdan are ghosts, but if the Xbox receives the arbitrary “win”, they flock here like little girls to a theatre playing Frozen.
