Scrolling through this comment section is like being back in 2006, except no Don Mattrick.
Lol that's not your fault my mind did the same exact thing at first. Would have helped if they would have put hour-long in front of armored core 6.
It's been 10 years since this came out ALREADY?? Wow......I'm getting so old.
Truly an incredible game, against all odds. DH1 got pretty reprove toward the end, but the other 2 we're short enough to keep the fun up.
Finally someone who shares my opinion! Burnout 3 and Revenge were the best of Burnout. Paradise was the beginning of the end of the franchise.
Uhhh... Isn't the shrieking shack only famous because that's where lupin goes during his transformations? This is long before lupin so even if the shack is there, is it really this big urban legend during this time period? Our is there like a greater history of this place in not aware of?
You might still get that with Ever Crisis. I'm hoping that doesn't stay on mobile forever.
To me this reads "tacked on" and little vision for how this mode will be used in the franchise. They jumped on board the hype train without a thought in mind.
Boooo! It was clearly nothing more than the AC4 ship battle system with mixed in Destiny influences.
Wouldn't mind Boarderlands handsome collection, assuming BL3 will be announced at E3 (even though they're claiming it won't be there), but honestly I'm expecting something crappy.
The only thing at this point that would make me consider an Xbox is is they teamed with Steam or GoG and get some old school windows pc game compatibility on a console.
I normally ignore console flame bait, but I can't not laugh at this.
Exactly. Every word you said 100%. I now have zero interest in this game. Hunting in Rise was the absolute worst. No way am I doing more.
Tomb Raider was always about exploration and puzzle solving. Combat was minimal, though intense when present. This is not that. We'll start the game again with just a pick ax (non upgraded), glow sticks, and have to craft our first bow. Then we'll find a rope, then a pistol, then a shotgun.
Maybe it's just a bull shot. Who knows? I never put faith in something until I see totally unadulterated gameplay. Not even in engine footage.
Nintendo has gotten to such a good place after what happened with the Wii U. Hope the next guy can keep the train rolling.
Indies don't seem to excite like they did at the beginning of this gen. Is it because there's no fresh ideas? Or because games like GOW are coming or that takes all the mindspace?
What do you mean? I've been looking into this game, a watched a lot about the first game enhanced edition on ps4, but never heard of any real issues.
I'm having the exact same problem as you. I cannot get into this game. It's just a chore to find and re-upgrade everything. And so far none of the set pieces are particularly memorable.
Why is this news? You get a new wand when you win it from someone in a duel. Yes you are probably going to slaughter countless goblins and faceless masked wizards all Nathan Drake style, but it's not like there's a semi auto wand, full auto wand, heavy wand, rpg wand, etc. You are the weapon, the wand is the conduit.
